    Product works fine. Do not at all appreciate the sales associate who misled me into applying for your credit card by telling me it would take an additional $15 off the price. Avoid the Hot Springs, AR location.

    I bought this for my kids room as a replacement for a 8 yr old tv that stopped working. So far i haven't had any complaints and the picture is much better than what they had. For the price i paid it has been a BEST BUY.

    Very good value... the screen is bright and picture quality very good for the price. Thin vessels, which is appreciated. The Google TV interface is easy to use and useful. The remote does not have a dedicated microphone button, though.

    This tv is really good! The only thing I don’t like is it’s so hard to find out where the sleep timer is located. Other than that, it’s awesome.

    So far this tv has worked with no issues, issue set up, good volume and the remote control doesn’t have too much going on (like the LG remote control) and is easy to use. I’d purchase again.

    OMG, do I love this TV! My purchase was seamless, in my budget, and the representative was very professional. TCL needs a better manual, but that is not on Best Buy. I purchase ALL MY ELECTRONICS AT BEST BUY ALWAYS..MY FOREVER LIFE STORE!! Thank you, Best Buy, for always coming through with my purchases.
