The TV picture is vivid and fairly bright for this class. The design is sleek and the stand is sturdy after it is tightened all the way. The only issue I am having is learning how to navigate the Google TV interface, which is confusing with way too much going on. Other than that, I am satisfied.

Great value for the price. I have had TVs in a similar price range before, and this one is a significant improvement in both support for video formats (Dolby Vision, Dolby Audio, and more), and in actual image quality. I don't think any smart TV software is amazing, but Android TV on this is so much better than Fire TV.

Great TV for my needs. No dead pixels noted. I don't use the smart features but I like the image quality and I think it does an acceptable job upscaling lower-than-4k content. Note that the back panel is not totally flat, so if you're mounting it on a wall, it wouldn't hurt to have brackets that can follow the curve (it's pretty slight).

Overall nice picture for a low price. As a tv for bedrooms or a kitchen I think it's great. Not great sound but I'm used to using studio monitors for audio and most sound bars are terrible too. Google tv integration is pretty seamless.

The Good -This TV looks great and is at a great price, too. The Bad- I have some problems where it feels slow/ clunky when transitioning through settings and other navigational interfaces. Alternative brands of TVs have less lag time during transitions. Although my biggest issue with this product is that it randomly restarts/shuts off when using it, especially for video games. I made sure all connections are secure and the console I am using is brand new. I unfortunately can't recommend this TV over a comparable one; the best thing going for this product is its picture and video quality.

More than an amazing TV! The quality on it is more than excellent, thought it was gonna be an abnormal TV because of the price, NOPE!

Tv is great, I'd buy another one again. The only thing that made the purchase suck is that best buy got rid of the ability to call the store. I bought this on the 4th of July and tried to call to make sure they were open. I had to talk to someone in frickin' INDIA who doesn't even know what the fourth of July is and even HE couldnt call the store. If it wasn't such a good deal I probably wouldn't have bought it. It is impossible to claim that you have good customer service if you don't have a way for the customer to call a store representative. INDIA DOES NOT COUNT.

Perfect TV for a college dorm room. Good pictur, great price.

For the price, I’m very happy with this Tv. It was a replacement for a very old Hisense tv and the quality blows the old one out of the water. Is it the best quality tv out there, no but for the price, it’s pretty great.

Great tv, for an unbelievable price. We upgraded our 8 year old Samsung TV for this TCL 4K TV, and I cannot believe the difference in watching football games. Super crisp and no lag whatsoever. Great purchase.

It's the perfect size for my bedroom. The picture quality is great, sound quality is good and it's easy to operate. And the price was nice.

I love this TV. The sound isn’t funky and the color is wonderful. I love that I don’t need to use my chrome cast with it.
