I picked up this TCL 43” S5-Series Smart Google TV from the North Avenue Best Buy, and honestly, it’s exceeded every expectation. Setup was effortless—out of the box and connected to Wi-Fi in minutes. The Google TV interface is super intuitive and lightning fast. Streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Hulu run smooth with zero lag. The 4K resolution is crystal-clear, colors are rich and vibrant, and the HDR truly brings everything to life. For a TV at this price point, the quality feels premium. I especially love how it automatically syncs with my Google account and pulls all my streaming preferences. The remote is sleek, voice command works perfectly, and the sound quality is surprisingly full and clear even without a soundbar (though I’ll probably add one down the line). First time buying a TV on my own & after thorough research for one, I found this TV to fit my needs and on top of that for the price, it'san absolute steal! I mostly game on my TV (PS5 & XBX SERIES X) and occasionally watch sports and after multiple weeks of use I am very satisfied & impressed w/ this model. Image is clear & audio is crisp, a vast upgrade from my old TV from 2018, lol.

this tv has everything I was looking for - 43 inch tv with 4k, excellent quality picture, Google tv interface, good sound, at an affordable price. I was looking at a different TCL model but was sold on this one after seeing the high rated reviews for this one. the Roku interface of this model is the top choice on Amazon, and it made the list of recommended 4k's tv on rtings' list - the top models were way more expensive and not what I wanted to pay. this is a personal tv for a bedroom/living room and I am astounded at the picture quality. I have all Google products and it was seamless to set up my Google account and my streaming apps on the tv. it also has a bunch of free channels which is cool. I've had it for a week now and love it. next step will be adding a 4k player but have already bought a 4k digital film and loved the quality of viewing experience. very happy with this purchase, honestly an amazing get for $200.

The setup was very easy and connecting the remote to Google voice very quick. The picture and sound in this TV it’s amazing with so man choices in sound. So many apps to download. I recommend this TCL TV, it’s the second one I get for my family.

Great for bedroom! I had not owned a tv in months in my bedroom, when i finally got to buying one, this caught my attention mainly over the quality, the size, & the way it works with Google email! It brings a much suitible sceeen for myself, allowing things to be a lot easier for me to guide. the sound is awesome, it sounds high def with just a bit! Remote sensory is great too, you can point anywhere & it will sensor it perfectly.

Purchased for wife to replace a smaller set. Good picture and easy to setup. Unfortunately, 4K programing is very limited and has little interest to her. Don't really see much penetration by 4K until streaming interfaces along with cable boxes gain the ability to downgrade 4K signals for use by older equipment.

My main TV is an Insignia Fire TV which I use as a monitor. The TCL 43" TV is also 4K and I use it for streaming and connecting two 4K capable mini-PC's. The TCL comes with You Tube streaming which I appreciate. The initial setup is a head scratcher for us not-so-smart people who are used to dumb tv's, but after setup the 4K picture and sound are exceptional. I would recommend this TV. Good Luck.

Easy set up, excellent picture. This is the third TCL we have bought, 55" and 65" also, all great.

Great TV! It is big enough unless you have a large room. Good price. No problem to set it up. I wish the legs would have a bigger footprint, they look delicate and even the nut is from plastic. I'll see how it will hold up. The TV has not much weight. I would not use this TV near children unless wall mounted.

after one day this TV has amazing picture quality, especially for the price. connected with wifi. Apps are good. Great price for TV. Stand is a bit challenging to mount. Pegs needed for alignment are a bit small. initial up date took a while, about 30 minutes. But so very pleased overall with TV. considering the 55 inch at this time.
