    This is my second TCL TV purchase. The first one was a 75 inch model. The color and smart features are great. I am going to be purchasing a third one for another family member.

    Great TV for the price. I use it for my garage and tailgating. Uses anywhere from 40-80 watts so you can easily use a battery generator to run this tv for your tailgate party!

    The tv was supposed to come with a free 3 month subscription to YouTube but when you registered for it, it onlly gave you a month!!!!. Thanks for Lying to Me best buy

    Cheap = poor quality

    Never have I ever had to make so many adjustments to sound and picture and it still isn't quite right. Some settings are dark and some blindingly bright. There a lot of settings that don't seem to do anything...just a lot of options to make it seem like it's a good product. Also have trouble with the words matching the mouths and keep having to tweak that. If it was still within the return window time-frame would definitely return. Picture and color quality noticeably worse at angles. Our first "smart tv" so maybe we just don't know what we are doing, but it's a lot of buttons to go through to get to regular cable tv.

    Relentless Google insinuation in to personal life

    This may be a good, sound, TV but if you have to login to Google to use it then it is not worth it. I would rather have another SmarTV that doesn't steal my information, or quite frankly, require me to give my email address and other information in order to use it. I will be returning it.

    Warranty Slow

    This TV failed after 92 days having been used only a few times. TCL customer service was polite but required me to send a video showing it not working. Then they scheduled a technician from 100 miles away to come to my home to repair it. He replaced most internal components to no avail. 28 days after reporting the failure, they required me to send them a copy of my receipt so they could get approval to send me a replacement tv. If approved, it will have been 6 weeks since failure to honor their warranty. I am unimpressed at what it takes for TCL to honor warranty on a $250 tv.

    no way to change aspect ratio of picture

    Do not buy this TCL TV if you want to watch old DVDs on the TV. There is no option to change the aspect ratio anywhere in the TV's menu, so the picture is distorted and can't be adjusted.
