I picked up 3 of these during the black friday for the ultra low price of just $199.99 and I could not be happier. I had picked up the 4 series, an lg uq75, a hisense u6g and I had to return them all for one reason or another. Hisense just cannot handle motion well at all, the 4 series just doesnt have a nice picture and the lg had dead pixels and a lose frame around the actual tv. So long story short I saw a review by a guy named Quantum TV on YouTube and he convinced me to go with this model. He explained that it was great for motion and well I have to say he was absolutely correct. On top of that I happen to own an LG OLED and this thing can rival that in highlights and black levels. Its unreal for the price and an absolute monster for movies and gaming. Even without the 120hz its such a solid deal you really should give it a shot. I bought this on sale. The picture quality looks better than I expected. It ideal for smaller rooms, ie bedrooms, with smaller viewing angles. Google platform sucks; too many apps/ads taking all the space and probably slowing down the OS tremendously. Took out one star because it does not support DTS!!!!

Picture quality is ok, but my panel has poor uniformity. There are dark vertical lines, like jail bars across the screen which are very noticeable in the menus, especially on Xbox. The interface is very laggy, and it takes several seconds for the TV to respond to the remote after turning the TV on. The remote does not have a dedicated input button, so you have to navigate through the slow menus to change to HDMI 1,2,3 The hands-free voice assistant does not work on my unit, I'm not sure if it's a software issue or if the mic doesn't work (the switch is set to "on"). Voice commands through the remote work fine though. Overall I'm disappointed, I thought I would get a good experience stepping up to a 5 series but the uniformity is no better than on cheaper TCL TVs, and the software is just bad compared to their Roku lineup.

I Almost didn’t buy this tv the reviews were so bad…but it went on sale for Black Friday for $211. I said for a 6th bedroom I will try it…It’s Perfectly Fine…I Have No Trouble Going Into My Apps…It’s Not Sluggish At All In Fact It Works Really Fast…4K Video Is Outstanding…The Speakers Are Decent Granted The Room Is Small The Volume Is Not Even At The Half Way Setting…I like The Google Format… I Also Enjoy TCL CHANNEL APP ITS FREE…Geek Squad Agent Alex Came And Set Everything Up And He Went The Extra Mile And Explained The Operation Of The Tv And The Remote…I Have The Warranty I’m 100% Satisfied…

I love the television i bought its big nd the color is bright

I got this tv for $199, so this review is based on that price. The TV has a good finish and a quality picture. Not as good as my 6 series mini-led but close. The Google OS is actually really good and responsive. Iam very pleased with the price and quality of this TV.

This TV is the best choice in terms of price to performance between the 4 and 6 series that TCL makes. This TV is nice and loud and white awesome flr an android/Google home setup. I like to pause or mute the TV while I'm in another room as my phone is connected to it. You may want to fiddle with the picture settings to get the display that you want in terms of contrast and collar.

If the TV turns off in power saving mode, then sometimes it will not turn on again, until unplug and wait 5 seconds.

Awesome Tv. Bought it for 199 in Thanks Giving Day Sale. Nice display quality. Sound may be normal.

Pros: Good number of apps and easy to use. Decent picture quality, sound is okay. Cons: If you watch anywhere other than 'head-on' or just slightly off-center, the picture brightness and color fade significantly. Cannot get local channel 5 (ABC), even with a 50-mile amplified antenna. Summary: Bought the TCL last fall and am already considering replacing it.

This is a good tv, but with some drawbacks. The color is off on this tv and the interface is slow to respond. Other than that, it's a fairly nice tv with good sound.

I bought this QLED as an upgrade from my regular 4K LED Tv by TCL. Totally notice the difference. Crips, clear, bright picture. Better than my Samsung 4K.

Amazing tv for the price! Pairs nicely with an Apple TV 4K with the Dolby vision support. Also the volume controls and tv power work much better through the Apple TV controls than our last tv (TCL 4 series). Colors look amazing. Very satisfied with my purchase.

What a steal! Amazing at this price. Solid 4K tv Sound quality is decent but you def need a sound bar. I recommend the Insignia

Moving from Toshiba non smart. Nice clarity, sound good. Smooth pick up. I felt google screencast is leggy but anyway I use Fire Stick for casting from laptop. If you directly browse on TV, no issue at all. connecting wireless, mouse, headphone etc. Perfect

Great TV for the price. Easy to use, the remote is user friendly, if your looking for a bedroom tv, this one is perfect.

I didn't know what to expect as this was on sale for Black Friday week. I paid $199. I'm very pleased with the picture and the build quality. Admittedly I've only owned it for a few weeks.
