Great color, easy to use. Geek squad set it up with no problems love Roku movies

This tv is a nice size for our living room. It is easy to hook up and control with the all in One remote!

Light weight, great size. This tv is mounted above out fireplace and looks and works great. We are Roku tv fans because it’s so easy to use and has every app we need. We have ditched all other kinds of TVs and stick to Roku.

Once the new tv remote arrived the tv is fantastic! Amazing picture and sound. The company that installed it was fantastic. The guy went above and beyond to help us out.

The screen has outstanding definition and the colors are rich, but not phony. We are enjoying the Roku features very much. I found the price to be more than reasonable.

The tv was a easy set up and the picture quality was really good too. The sounds are really crisp too. It plays my movies and games really well too.

Very happy with the purchase, enjoying the built in features - Roku player, Apple TV features for mirroring, Roku remote app on mobile. Very versatile compared to my old Samsung tv. As mentioned by others the Roku remote is ok. Surprisingly the speakers are good enough that we don’t need an external speaker. WiFi connectivity is very good, important for this TV.

It is easy setup, clear pictures, sound great. I love it.

Thé TV is fine however they were supposed to take one of the wall mount back to return...it is still here and when I get the Doctors okay I can return...but was upset when they did not take it back for credit at the time they were here....why did I need 2 wall mounts for the tv. Only learned how to use by experimenting

Ordered the tv on the 21st, they delivered it on the 23rd and I opened it today on Christmas, plugged. It up and powered on only to come to a broken screen. Geek Squad doesn’t cover accidental damage so I had to call to see why could be done and they said at this time returns and exchanges are unavailable for that item because that specific tv I bought is out of stock. So now I have to either wait for it to come back in stock or get another model. Worst experience ever.

Super clear image, but definitely lags a lot even when navigating the Home Screen

I’ve only had this TV for a few hours but the picture clarity is much better than the Samsung 58" TU700D Crystal UHD 4K- which I am returning today. Granted the TCL is QLED but here’s why I feel it’s better than the Samsung: Out of the box the Picture clarity is perfect and visually it’s more vivid and I didn’t have to adjust anything Sound quality is better out the box and I didn’t have to adjust anything. Ease of use! I had a roku device and the TCL roku platform did not disappoint as it’s exactly like the roku device. The Samsung platform was a pain to navigate through, so I continued to use my roku device instead of the apps and he remote buttons on the Samsung were too tiny for me which resulted in me pressing things I wasn’t aiming for. See photos for clarity and vividness. Don’t judge the video, but I was told to use it for this purpose! You can see the TCL QLED is much clearer and more vivid than the Samsung. But if I didn’t do a side by side comparison, I wouldn’t think the Samsung was bad at all. I just hated that I kept having to tweak the color on the Samsung and even used a collaboration tool on the Samsung to achieve the best colors and contrast and still felt it could be better. I did not have to tweak anything for the TCL, this is right out of the box. I even watched Netflix on my TCL and it doesn’t have that yellow cast that the Samsung had (yes, I changed Samsung from movie/film-maker mode and even changed the warmth. Once I went to dynamic mode it was better but still not as good as the TCL) Bottom line: The TCL QLED 5 series Compared to Samsung 7 series UHD crystal 4k is better overall in my opinion for sound and both picture clarity and color, right out the box. And I don’t have a vignette effect or white bars like the reviews said on previous TCL models.
