The picture quality is impressive, especially for HDR content. Mini-LED provides great contrast and brightness, and colors look vibrant without being overdone. Google TV is responsive and easy to navigate. For the price, this TV punches well above its weight.

Great picture, has VRR, works great with my consoles. The speakers are bad, like most flat tvs. Lipsync can be an issue.

This TV has excellent picture quality, contrast and brightness are very good. This tv does lack many adjustments and features compared to more expensive televisions. Overall it's a very good buy.

Im not entirely sure how to review a TV other than saying its much better than my 50” samsung from 2014. Amazing color and the 120hrz compliments my PS5. RokuTV is great so no complaints on what apps are available. The stand is perfect considering the cubicle organizer it lives on now isn’t the longest causing TVs with legs on either side to fall. Overall it’s beautiful and the slim bezels make the panel look much larger than it is.

This is a great TV for the money. It is many times the TV that the one I replaced was, even though it was half the price. The only strange thing with it is the remote has to wake up before it will turn on the TV. So I have to hold the power button on the remote for a couple seconds when turning on. Having used plenty of roku remotes in the past, this doesn't bother me. It may bother some people though.

Bought a Hisense for a budget TV and knew I didn’t want it after 3 minutes. Viewing angles were awful, more than a foot off center washed out the image. Returned and spent more for this and couldn’t be happier. Amazing picture, and the built in Roku is very quick with minimal lag times. Paired with a TCL Alto 8 plus 3.1 for incredible sound. Would buy another in a heartbeat if we needed another TV. I also love the center TV stand as it is on a dresser in a bedroom, and the other TVs had wide legs instead of the pedestal, which would have required us to mount.

I recently purchased the 55in for a bedroom/gaming tv. As a owner of a LG C9 OLED this TV is a amazing value. As TCL and HISENSE is changing their lineup models for late 2023/24, if you have the chance to purchase DO IT! Some caveots are the picture settings out of the box are just Ok...Do some research on settings, picture calibration settings. Note you will need to do this for each input type. It does take some effort, but will almost match a TV at three times the $

Used primarily for 4k120 or 4k60 gaming on PS5, the framerate is consistently smooth and the colors pop naturally. Narrative driven games such as Ghost of Tsushima or The Last of Us are jaw dropping, while movies with visual spectacle like Dune look equally impressive. Well worth the price. The sound is only acceptable, though I already use external speakers.

I had seen TCL TVs at Best Buy in the past but was still enamored with name brand (e.g. Sony, LG, Toshiba, etc.)...until I decided to give the TCL a try...my oh my...it has as good a picture as my LG OLED had and seamlessly works with the built-in Roku device. The QLED picture clarity is quite outstanding. I can't say much about the internal speakers - I use my LG SK9Y soundbar for that...but again the sharpness and detail of the picture is pretty sweet.

Pleasantly surprised by build, panel, screen quality. Watched the chiefs/bengals game and this rivaled my LG C9 OLED (after turning action clarity setting to high). Disney+ Cars looked fantastic. Dolby Vision IQ is not the ideal setting - I much preferred Dolby Vision Normal. Sound is poor (just like every other TV). Perfect for my bedroom and very happy with it.

The pros: Nice bright picture Very little motion blur if adjusted properly Easy to navigate settings, menus, etc The cons: Cheap flimsy screen. It seems just about every TV maker is using these flimsy screens that break more easily than the thicker, denser screens such as those found on the 2010ish Vizio M420SL. I wish every TV had that type of screen. The stand feels cheap because the section that attaches to the TV is made of lightweight plastic The settings menu hides itself too quickly after being idle only for a few seconds. It can be annoying when you're trying to adjust the picture. The reds, blues, pinks and greens are way too emphasized no matter what setting or adjustment I tried. The realism of 4K is almost too much for me. I actually prefer a slight graininess such as that found with 1080p. 4K is still pretty nice, it's just a very different type of picture Overall my biggest complaint is the overemphasis of the reds, blues, pinks and greens. Other than that it's a decent TV with a good picture but if I had to do it over again I would probably go to the store and check out some demo models to make sure there's not too much color emphasis.
