These days we have options and being that I have already tried the Samsung frame TV I really wanted to try this one from TCL because of a few factors: 1. Design, no large box to connect for all circuits are inside the flat panel which is a major plus IMO. A white frame instead of the black like the Samsung one so there is no need to buy the frame cover especially since TCL includes a set inside the white frame does not work for you which is a huge savings. 2. Art work at no additional cost, these days everything we buy seems to be in a long term lease. You buy a software but it’s not actually buy for you are just leasing it and just pay every month…why? Samsung one you have to pay a subscription but with TCL I get a bunch of “included” paintings already which is super nice for once because I can actually say I own the TV free and clear. The matte display finish looks so nice, like look at your wife/GF without makeup and realize how beautiful they are instead of the shiny powder they put when they “go out”. 3. Price, how can you beat this price? I must say that I do have other TCL TV’s and they work great overall. This time I got the 55” because that is what looks good for me in the space I chosen….large is always better but I don’t live in a mansion just a simple home sweet home and 55” was perfect. Do I recommend? For sure but get the extended warranty for a piece of mind. Wish that is available for the wife cause it would have helped during a certain time of the month…just saying.

Good interface, great picture, and looks great on the wall. The plain white frame gives it a great unique look. We installed 3 in a waiting room and couldn’t be happier

I have had this tv for a few months now and absolutely love it! The sound, visuals, and overall aesthetic is everything I was hoping for! The ease of having this brought to my car was also extremely helpful. It was also extremely easy to mount (I was able to do so by myself!), but it also comes with legs if you aren't wanting to mount. 10 out of 10 experience!

Great picture, clean design and great price. Wanted a picture frame TV to redesign the living space but did not want to break the bank. This TV performs very well and has plenty of art to choose from in stand by mode. Loving it!

Was looking for an alternative to a 55” Samsung Frame for a guest bedroom. Came across this TCL gem and we are very happy with our decision. My wife is not a fan of walking into a room and seeing the side of a TV bracket and everything that goes with it, such as the cords and maybe a streaming device, so this purchase solved that issue as it hugs the wall. The picture quality is good and the art work is solid. The TV is not used much, however, before guests arrive we put on the art work to give the room a nice touch. The included bezel completes the TV.

The picture is awesome and cuts down on glare like I hoped. The UI is super fast and easy to use. The TV looks great on the wall and isn’t an eyesore like my old one. It was a bit tricky to hide all the wires behind the TV so it sits flush with the wall, but it was worth it!

I'm basing the 5 stars based on the price of the TV. I'm also not reviewing the smart features or streaming features of the TV itself as I use my own external setup for streaming and viewing content that connects to the TV. For what it costs, you get an amazing piece of hardware that sits beautifully on your wall. The mat display is a lifesaver in our living room where we would consistently get glare from the windows. Now we get a crisp image without the glare. The only downside to this television is the fact that it is not OLED. There are some "hot spots" on the display where the light seems to be a brighter than other areas of the display. This is to be expected for the price, but the mat display coupled with OLED would make for a PERFECT television. Picture quality is outstanding, colors are beautifully rendered, and I haven't seen any pixelation or experienced any weird artifacts during action sequences. It is a fantastic Television that provides an amazing viewing experience. I highly recommend this television for anybody who doesn't care deeply about OLED contrast ratios and the like. We do have another OLED in another room, but this is our main driver now and we love it.

We love this TV, the picture quality is excellent, mounting was easy and looks great. We love the art images that are included with the TV as well.

Really love this TV, the included mount makes it nearly flush with the wall and everyone is jealous of the included frame as other TVs don’t come with one and they cost a lot. Don’t mind the speakers, think they work great so far and have a good quality, but we also upgraded a 14 year old TV so it’s a big difference for us! They probably should have used a flat/90 degree plug for folks with the outlet on the wall behind, thankfully our outlet is on the top of our mantle so we just have to camouflage the color (white would have also been better, walls are very rarely black…). Overall love it and would highly recommend.

The main draw to this tv was to use it as a wall decoration that mimicked a piece of art. This does work in a properly set room, However the image of some of the boarders against the pictures, Breaks the illusion and look artificial. The good news is that this TV checks alot of boxes as a TV, For gaming, it has a high refreshrate. It has all the capeabilaties of the Google TV OS, and its sound output is on par with the rest of the TVs out there. Only issue is the price for all frame style TVs is higher than their non frame counterparts

I love this TV. This is my third one I bought two 55 inch and one 85 inch. My wife loves to put a photo up. It looks just like a picture. The picture quality is awesome and I love the fact I could put a frame on it.

Love the picture quality. The frame is a nice touch... Plenty of art options and mood modes.

The art feature is amazing and the TV is better than I expected. Only issue I had was the mounting bracket isn’t wide enough. I ended up purchasing a bracket on Amazon that fit perfectly and allowed me to mount the tv where I wanted to while attaching to a stud.

High quality device with excellent picture, build and design. Cord that comes with device is not a flat mount, and can push the TV out, even with a recessed outlet (sort of a big flaw IMO). Additionally the mounting bracket design is not ideal as the tv-side mounts have too much play and the wall-side mounts’ magnetic pads cause more trouble than they help.

We have to original Frame TV and it cost us an arm and a leg so when I saw this way more affordable alternative I had to try and it seriously does not disappoint! It looks great, it doesn't need the bulky box the other does, photos are free, it works way more seamlessly than our original TV and the remote and frame are so aesthetically pleasing! Definite buy!
