Awsome
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best bang for the buck...You wont regret it...The best thing to do in my opinion is to get the 5 year warranty so that if anything goes wrong you will get a band new TV possibly a newer version if they dont have the same one in stock which i dont think they will...so its a win win situation...Plus with the warranty is still cheaper than a sony, samsung or vizio without a warrnty.

My buck was BANGED!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The price of this tv was spot on! The picture is amazing! I was already a Roku user so having the whole tv set up like that was cool! I also signed up for SLING tv, we'll see how that goes. The tv is light, thin and I mounted it by myself. Looks great on my wall! I must say, the picture is what sold me. Awesome color and sharpness for a tv in this price range is truly amazing. Hopefully I get many years out of this unit! I did read reviews, but a friend of mine at work also had this tv and raved about the picture. I was sold!

Good TV with good price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The pictures the is outstanding compared to my 5yrs old 32in TV. The audio is also amazing. The remote is a bit cheap. Anyway, I just use my universal remote for it.

Good value for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is one of the cheaper 55 inch TVs out there with 4K. I didn't buy it for the 4K, but the picture is impressive. Other reviewers have commented about the small Roku remote without any number inputs, but I have been using my cable remote so it is not an issue. It was easy to set up, and you can change the settings so cable comes on automatically when the TV is turned on, instead of the default Roku menu screen. All in all, a good value.

Amazing TV!! - Please Read
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this tv under the $399 sale and it’s worth absolutely every penny. I haven’t had any issues with this TV at all. Love the Roku remote as well. Here are some features it doesn’t mention: 1: all material is scaled up to 4K. 2. If you have a USB drive you can pause/ rewind antenna tv inputs. 3. It works great with Xbox One s & games work great with no lag in picture or audio. 4. This TV DOES HAVE HDR10! 5. I don’t know why everyone is complaining about sound level and quality. NOTE: if you walk mount, the sound level will be lower because the speakers are on the bottom and face down. If the tv is on a table the sound reflects off and you can here it just fine! Overall, best electronics purchase I have made in a long time! Picture: 9/10 Sound: 8/10 HDR: 7/10 Refresh: 10/10 Remote: 10/10

Great TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my 3rd TCL Roku TV. Each time I've gotten a new one, it was to go up a size. I currently own the 50 and 55 inch and previously a 3? inch. I've never had any issues with any of them, they are solid TVs that are easy to use and look great. I almost went with another brand this time, just to switch it up, but changed my mind after reading reviews about how the TV goes black constantly and you have to restart it. For the price, this is the best tv out there!

Best bang for your buck
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While this set isn't going to compete with an LG OLED, as the owner of both I can say that for the price of this Roku TV ($400) you're getting way more than you have any right to expect. The built in Roku alone would cost you $100 if purchased separately. Though the set did require some calibration to get it looking great out of the box, I absolutely love it and have zero complaints. Well, maybe one: HDR content is dim if you're watching television in a bright sunny room. This set performs at its best in dimmer environments.

Fantastic TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At the price, this tv is excellent. Is it the best tv you can buy? No but that’s not important. Is it as good of quality as much higher priced TV’s? Yes it is. Very happy with the purchase!

Does exactly what you want it to do
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for video games, and for an Apple TV 4K. Using rtings.com's picture settings, I hooked up my newly purchased Xbox One X and started playing immediately. Input lag is perfectly low for me (if you're some incredibly hardcore gamer, you might be a bit disappointed, but it's still great). Gears of War 4 looks stunning on this TV, AC: Origins looks great, Titanfall 2 looks amazing, etc. The TV is snappy, the interface is fantastic, and this is my first time using any type of Roku device, so I'm happy that it works so wonderfully. The price is the best part. I live in NYC, I need to save money where I can, and I'm still a student. I got it for $330 at the time. Supports 4K HDR (contrary to what other websites might lead you to believe). GET IT!

Almost as good as a sony
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is comparable to my Sony xbr55x810c. It takes a bit to configure the colors right but once set it looks good. It does have some vertical banding but if it's anything like my Sony it gets better over time. You don't notice the banding much unless it's on bright scenes like a sky. 4k and HDR. I wouldn't use the HDR cause I think it makes the picture look worse on certain things like Xbox one s but Netflix looks fine. Overall it's worth the price.

TLC Hits it Out of the Park
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looked hi and low before moving into the world of 4K UHD. Let my eyes and ears do the testing. Checked them all, Sony, Samsung, etc. and this TLC keep pace or outperformed the competition on ease of use, picture quality and most importantly value. Bought this during a holiday door buster and couldn't be more happy. As with most new sets, you will need a sound bar, but that's the norm going forward.

Best Bang for the Buck
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this TV. Hung on wall in Home office routed through an LG Sk9Y soundbar. Works well with PS4 Pro and HDR features. It feels plenty bright. Darks are uniform but not as crisp as one of my other TVs that cost 3x as much. For the price of this set, you get an outstanding Smart TV with Roku and a decent 4K picture cheap. There are better for more money, but for under $400 this TV rocks.
