This has been an excellent upgrade over my old 55" Vizio. Picture quality is great for this class of TV. I use this primarily with my Xbox One X. While this TV is technically a 60 hz, the settings can be changed to do 120hz while using the Xbox One X. Everything works and looks great. The black (plain screen, when it's not actively displaying anything) is a bit muddy, but of course it's not going to compete with the $2-3k televisions. The built in Google TV is actually really good. There are plenty of free (with ads) shows I like watching, which was a complete surprise to me. This TV is an amazing deal in it's class.

Beat TV I’ve bought for the price. The picture quality it good and it has all the updated functions I needed. The picture was better and brighter then my higher priced 2019 older 4K TV, and I highly recommend it for someone who wants a good TV that give you good picture quality and Dolby Vision and Atoms for a cheap price.

So far nearly everything is good, in terms of picture quality and brightness. Built in speakers are adequate for now (mounted this unit on my back patio.) I was less impressed with the google tv aspect where “everything” has to be accessed via an app. Can’t (yet?) get to all my Xfinity services!

overall good TV. Good volume. The processor is a little bit slow. Downloading stuff goes pretty slow but that’s really any tv on the market right now. box is the size of the 55 inches TV is a little bit smaller super clear picture and love the set up of all the apps.

Ultimate TV and extremely recommended. Display quality equal to Sony and LG. Strongly recommended to buy this TV . Don’t buy 1000$ QLED Tv . Purchase TCL QLED Q 6 QLED Tv

Great, sharp picture. Colors pop. We can certainly tell a difference from our older standard LED set that was edge-lit. We’re happy with our purchase.

I dont watch tv much, but my love recommened this particular brand. I had a regular 32 inch no apps or nothing for 6 years because I had cable and only watched all of my Chicago PD/Fire shows and SVU. Now I just move into my new place and I have this 55 inch MEGATRON TV that I absolutely love! So much that I named the TV MEGATRON LOL! My google voice feature I love the most! Must get a 6 series with that option. The sound is great! The quality is amazing! Its my best purchase for 2024 so far!

Picture is great. Color is amazing at 4k 60hz. Sounds is servicable and google tv is a nice addition

This TV has a great picture quality. The marketing worked on my husband showing a NFL game and seeing how crisp the picture was. We have a few TCL products and have always been happy with the quality. The sound gets louder than we expected, but you can definitely tell the difference in quality next to a soundbar. Regardless, still good sound.

We had an older 50” Sony so called smart TV for our master suite that would not save our WiFi password. If a power outage or whatever happened, we’d have to login all over again, what a pain. I compared this TCL model 55Q650G with a Samsung Q50 both QLED’s at ratings.com and this beat it up and at a much lower cost. This TCL connects to the WiFi and streams like it should. Never lost our passwords and has sleep timer that can be set for over 2 hours. Since ours is wall mounted over the fireplace, having also an antenna hidden behind it was important as sometimes the internet is down, and we don’t feel paying for cable is worth it. This TCL has a nice void area in the upper portion of the rear and paired with the “One for All - Suburbs Ultimate Designer Bar Antenna” you can’t beat it. The antenna picks up so many channels to enjoy when need be.

I am so happy with this purchase. I was skeptical about picture quality compared to my OLED. Thisblittle guy is pretty close. Makes an outstanding addition as a primary or secondary TV. Sounds quality is nice anf Google TV was easy to adjust to, as I am a Roku veteran. Video games are sharp and screen response time is on point. I am very happy with this TCL. But one now.

There are better TVs, but there are a lot worse too. QLED is kind of a ripoff, because it’s still an LCD display. A true OLED display is a better option for those seeking a noticeable upgrade. The 4K display at this refresh rate feels lackluster. Google OS really holds the TV back, CEC control has been buggy. Have to max contrast settings for anything close to calibrated. I would seek elsewhere if you have high expectations. Hurts my eyes to watch for long periods, probably because you need to turn contrast and brightness up so high for a decent picture.

I love my TCL 55 inch TV I have glaucoma and it’s good for me to see far away. The picture is so clear the sound so good and loud thank you Best Buy I love my TCL TV and have goo google and I can speak through the remote. I love my TV big enough just for me.

Great TV… incredible picture and what a great price.

Dad needed a new TV and someone to install it. Though the story was busy with few staff - those that were there were very helpful. The TCL rep informed us of the value of this TV which we picked over a Sony which didn't have specs. Dad needed.

My first TCL purchase, and I’m very pleased. Google TV gives plenty of options, and the picture itself is just what I was looking for. The brights were almost too bright, so some adjustments had to be made, especially while sitting directly in front of the screen.

So far it’s not bad the picture quality is great. when I bought the TV I thought it would be a little better for gaming as far as the refresh rate but I can’t complain for the price and it’s a really good quality TV so bad.

Picture is so clear. I can see the pores in people’s faces. Never knew how bad my old tv’s pic was. Def worth the purchase price.

I got this TV for a great price but TCL sincerely stepped down on the quality of the Q6 compared to the 2021 Q5 model in terms of clarity, brightness and Dolby vision saturation and definition. It is a solid tv but severely lacks in any ounce of backlight control resulting in poor contrasts in most viewing situations and just looks cheap. But it was cheap so I guess we consider that a win? Definitely is bright. Either my eyes are getting worse from nicotine abuse or the screen just seems blurry and dirty sometimes. I shut off the motion settings and it helped some.
