    Excellent TV. The price was even lower a few weeks ago when I nabbed it for my Dad. I already had the Qm6k from the beginning of the year direct from TCL so I was happy to see this deal. This one doesn't have some of the ritzier features of the Qm6k but still delivers a huge amount of glory. You can fix any of the soap opera effects by changing settings. I wouldn't use their 'Intelligent Display Setting' since that will give you that effect for some content. One of the better settings is the Cinema ones that really make 4k movies shine and still good with Sports. Pair it with a TCL soundbar and it'll be a steal of a setup.

    I’m very impressed with this 55-inch TCL TV. The picture quality is excellent—sharp, vibrant, and clear—and the brightness is more than enough even in a well-lit room. Sound quality is also surprisingly good for built-in speakers, with clear dialogue and decent depth without immediately needing a soundbar. Mounting was easy and hassle-free; it worked perfectly with a generic Amazon wall mount. Setup overall was quick and user-friendly. The only downside I’ve run into is with the YouTube Premium promotion. It only works if you’ve never had YouTube Premium on that specific Google account, so I had to create a new account to use it.

    I purchased this tv to use in an enclosed area on the back porch to be able to watch my football games. The picture is great and this is the first time I went with the Google tv and it meets my expectations as well. I have already downloaded the apps I need and will enjoy many football games on it.

    My father and I LOVE this television!! The picture and color are so clear and vibrant! The screen is big enough to follow a puck or football during a sports game, but not so ridiculously large as to look absurd in a normal room! I would HIGHLY recommend!!

    So far, we are really enjoying the TV. It has nice deep blacks and is good at reflecting minimal sunlight. The side angles are slightly washed out but not bad at all. The Google interface is a nice touch. I now prefer Google over Roku. This is a great TV for the price.

    I’m extremely happy with this 55-inch TCL TV. The picture quality is crisp and vibrant, with deep blacks and bright colors that make movies, sports, and gaming look amazing.     TV is very clear and looks amazing. The only issue that I have had with this TCL Google TV and my other TCL QLED Google TV is that it disconnects and reconnects from the internet randomly. On my other TV, I ended up putting a Roku streaming stick on it and it has had no issues since that. I did read some other reviews and they suggested creating a guest Wi-Fi network and now that I have done that, it has been working better.

    This TV is a great upgrade from my older TCL TV. It is very bright and the there is dark on the movie or show the pixels just turn off not glowing effect around. The O's is fast and easy to use. Be sure to verify the layout and format for the TV for mounting. I did. Have to buy a new mount that is 300 x 300

    So far I am quite impressed with this television.I watch mainly blu-rays and they are bright and clear and very detailed. I have to admit the BB staff tried to get me to purchase a more expensive tv from a different brand.I am glad I stuck to my research and other reviews that I have read about TCL sets. If I continue to enjoy this I will probably replace my Sony 85 inch with a TCL 85 inch
