great tv, haven’t had any issues at all, great picture and great price

Not that bad! So far the picture quality is great! The sound isn't bad, it's what I expect from a TV. The Imax feature for some movies is a really nice touch. It's capable of using Nvidia Now, and some retro emulation. The enhanced refresh rate is great The cons: Trying to fine tune the 'motion' settings is tricky the default one gets a lot of tearing . Not being able to remove certain apps off of the home screen. Imax is an automatic feature, and can not be set in the settings or as a default . Adaptive brightness can be a bit messy in certain circumstances. Overall? I can't gripe too much especially for the pirce I got this for.

I purchased this for my computer monitor and it far exceeded my expectations for the price. I wish I would have purchased this brand for my other tvs as this has a sharper picture and is a quicker responding tv than my LGs

I purchased this TV to replace an old plasma that was not able to take advantage of the 4k gaming systems and streamers we now have. After some research this was the TV that seemed to fit our needs and has lived up to all expectations so far. No this is not the best TV I own but it is the best value. The picture is great, works well with the gaming systems, was easy to set up and the OS runs smoothly. For the sale price I don’t think you can do better.

Hard to explain just how incredible this TV is without sounding like a shill. But honestly, for the price it's absolutely top shelf quality. Bought it for gaming/movies and the 144 hz refresh is perfect for what I play. That, and the black levels look nearly identical to an OLED display for a fraction of the price. Cannot recommended this enough!

Fine picture quality, easy set-up, reasonable price.

Honestly, this TV is easily one of the best values I’ve found. The integrated Google system is a total game-changer—being able to control the TV and my other smart home gear just with voice commands makes everything so much more convenient. ​The picture quality is stunning and definitely punches above its weight class, but what really caught me off guard was the audio. It actually has built-in subwoofers, so the sound is crisp and has that deep punch you usually only get from a movie theater. If you're looking for a high-end experience without the massive price tag, this is it.

I bought this TV for my Basement setup during a Black Friday Sales Event and am pleasantly surprised with how nice this TV is, especially for the price. It has really good black values and the colors seem pretty on point. The stock sound out of the speakers is not the best, but I am using a surround sound system anyways.

I bought this on a whim, I’d been wanting to get either an OLED or MiniLED tv to replace my old standard led tv I bought years ago. I wanted 3 specific things. 120hz or better refresh rate, freesync or gsync for my HTPC, and for it to not be an Amazon Fire tv as I hate their os. Google tv is alright, it has great contrast and nearly as good color accuracy as an OLED panel. Text looks crisp and games look outstanding it’s good for movies as well though I would recommend a sound bar or surround sound system as the built in speakers are just ok, not the best nor worst I have heard. For the price I paid though, this was perfect.

8/10 great tv, especially for gaming. the only thing I don’t like about it is that the interface can be laggy, but that’s with most smart tv’s nowadays. the screen is bright unlike what a lot of the reviews say. you just have to go through your settings.

got this TLC model during a sale and so far so good the picture its quite good and i having a great time playing games and watching content on it. everything is so smooth and this tv was a replacement for an LG that had cracking lights on the screen. hope that this tv doesnt suffer the same issue overtime. right now am truly impressed by this model as modest as some reviewers in youtube has painted this. so far am a satisfied customer

The good- TV has great picture and value. Works well in a bright room. The bad- Google TV interface. Roku interface is much better, loads quicker and has your normal programming loaded up to access with one touch. Google has more touches required and does not perform as well for higher required speeds like when watching hockey. This is not the TV itself as we can hook our 4k Apple TV to it and obtain much smoother high speed performance. (perfect actually) The Apple TV interface is slightly better also.

I’ve been an LG user for years, but for a smaller space, I decided to try this TCL. The TV itself is great—excellent picture quality, solid sound, and a very good remote. However, there is one major issue: the software. Google TV has a bug that causes the system to freeze when you repeatedly fast‑forward any show or movie. It’s not only on Disney+, as some reviews say—it happens in every application. Once it freezes, the only way to continue is to exit the app completely. Some people say it’s a content issue, but I don’t think so. This does not happen on the other four LG and Fire TVs we have at home. This is clearly a software problem, and it’s very annoying. Google needs to fix this. Unfortunately, when I decided to go to BB and return it, it was the 16th day after the purchase, so I’m now stuck with it. I’ll use a Fire TV Stick as a workaround, but that means losing some of the advantages of the built‑in Google TV features. Other than the software problem, it is a great TV set.

Great hybrid tv for those who game and use it for the variety of tv apps. The google OS is superior to the fire or roku OS in my opinion. I’m a gamer and this is the first tv I have owned that is able to go above 60fps and this exceeds even 120fps when not using UHD content. While this means nothing to movie/tv only viewers for those of us who game (especially fps gamers) this is huge. As far as picture quality the biggest benefactor for me is the local dimming mimicking the much more expensive OLEDs at a fraction of the cost. However other graphical improvements will likely only be noticed by TV buffs who know what to look for and which settings to change. The only complaint I have, which is relatively mild, and only really an issue if taking advantage of the higher frame rates is that when I set the tv to 120+fps if I turn my pc on before the tv the DPI gets all whacky requiring a pc restart to fix. Simple solution though of just ensuring your pc is started after turning your tv on.

Pros - On the good side the Sound and Video quality are very good. Cons - It was extremely difficult to configure my TCL TV (55QM6K) to work with three other devices (Verizon DVR, Roku, Sony DVD player) using my universal remote (Logitec Harmony). The main problem is the ability to directly select HDMI inputs is extremely difficult because of the following. First - Requires clearing out a lot of clutter (unused apps.) Second - There is no direct selection of the HDMI inputs for my three input devices. I had to use a feature in my universal remote that goes to the first input option and counts down to get the desired HDMI. This works most of the time but was tedious to program. Also the TV does not end the process without us pushing more buttons. Third - The manual is sketchy on operating details. ----

Absolutely amazed as this is my first TCL tv .The ui is very responsive and the picture quality is very good. I was surprised at how deep the blacks are and the contrast is quite amazing for a Tv in this price range as i usually buy more expensive tvs. I would say this tv is worth every penny if it turns out to be reliable.

I purchased this TV for gaming purposes. Refresh rate is quick clear very bright and vibrant television as well and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a TV. also, I’d like to add that the rear facing speakers have great acoustics.
