The TCL 55 inch TV is amazing. I purchased it on Black Friday, so it was on sale. It was a birthday gift for my son. His room was being renovated, so I let him use my 55 inch LG for his gaming. I was afraid once he played on the TCL he would hate it because of the quality of the LG. I had doubts because of the price and the unfamiliar name. But boy was I wrong. This TV surpassed my expectations by miles. Amazing color, sharpness, contrast, brightness and refresh rate. Now I want one for myself as well. Hands down the best TV I've ever purchased thus far.

I purchased a Sony Bravia 9 from the same Best Buy. It is also a mini q l e d. In terms of price, it is almost like comparing an apple to a grape. However, for the money, the TLC is great. If it were my only TV I would be thrilled with it because the picture is very sharp, clear and the color is robust. It has all the features you would expect from a smart t v, and then some. It was fairly simple to set up even for someone like me that's not very up to date with all the technology. I'm not sure what you would do if you didn't have a cellular phone unless you were just setting it up for digital channels, you can get over-the-air. I have youtube t v, and I also set it up with a digital antenna. Amazing, the picture remains crystal clear regardless of which way i'm watching the live broadcasts. I am still learning about all of its capabilities, but I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the information I was able to research on your website before I made the decision to purchace. Let's not forget about such a great price Best Buy offered also.

got this TLC model during a sale and so far so good the picture its quite good and i having a great time playing games and watching content on it. everything is so smooth and this tv was a replacement for an LG that had cracking lights on the screen. hope that this tv doesnt suffer the same issue overtime. right now am truly impressed by this model as modest as some reviewers in youtube has painted this. so far am a satisfied customer

This T.V. is all it's cracked out to be and more for it's price range! It's bright without much blooming, colors are crisp and sharp rivaling more expensive units out there I tell you that much. With it's 4hdmi and 144hz that's got to be top notch with your PS5 pro or PC games. Overall, I'm soo satisfied with it for it's price.

Easy installation, slim tv, overall very good quality. The only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars is that you have to have a google account logged in otherwise you can’t really do much on the tv.

The TCL had a great picture at the store- vibrant images and good color depth. It was easy to assemble - after removing the plastic film- there was a crack in the screen across the bottom. Best Buy did not have another like it in stock - so we chose a Samsung and are quite pleased with its color and especially the stand- which is firmer than the TCL

Great tv great picture great sound has every app you think of and just amazing. Control is very useful with the google

If you’re looking for a decent tv mid range tv this ones for you, not crazy in the quality department but enough to get the job done. ive been trying out various 4k movies on this tv and although i havent been able to get my own oled to see the best of the best, the colors pop quite nicely. Overall id recommend this to anyone wanting a 4k tv without wanting to burn a hole in their pocket.

A good value tv. I use it for a bedroom tv and a 55" tv almost seems like you're in a movie theatre. The picture and sound are very good for a mid-price tv. I did have to buy a cheap RCA to HDMI converter box to adapt to my old style VCR/DVD player.

Needed a new tv to fit my bedroom better. In my search this tv was also needing to be a good fit for my gaming lifestyle. I have a gaming monitor but miss being able to see everything on a big screen! This TV really fit the bill. Handles well with competitive games like COD, and little to no lag noticed when every second counts now or days. The picture is beautiful, and I love every minute of watching movies and shows on it as well. I highly recommend to any gamers, or those looking for great picture.

So far so good! Love this tv picture quality is great! Easy to use! The sound on it is great too! One flaw I found is the menu can be a lil slow to bring up but once it loads it works pretty well!

The picture is great with your usual HD and 4K content. I did get a little bit of choppiness with lower-quality streaming from older cartoons while panning on the TCL TV app, but have not experienced that while streaming Amazon video or watching DVDs. I do get that soap opera effect on some shows, but can usually adjust some picture settings to get rid of that. It also handles video games quite well (mostly COD); a couple of tweaks in my console settings and it was good to go. Overall, a good TV (adequate for my needs), but I do recommend a sound bar because this TV only has a couple of speakers which point straight back.

Love it so far! Replaced an older, but high end Samsung TV. Wanted something budget, this time, since I don't use this TV all that much and I was donating the Samsung. Pleasantly surprised at how much better this TV looks. Interface is very fast, wakes up very quickly, colors are gorgeous. I'm a mini LED fan after being on the OLED train for years.

This TV rocks. I’m a fan of the Google TV software like on another TCL in our house. The sound on this TV is impressive and you really get a lot of bang for your buck. I’m sure other TVs outside of the “budget brands” are better, but I’m immensely impressed with this. One thing to note is the anti glare on this. You won’t find that at this price point often.

The TV has an excellent picture and is loaded with features. My only complaint is that sometimes when I turn the TV on there is no audio and despite going through all the audio menu items, nothing I do restores the audio signal. I have found the only way to restore the audio is to turn off and unplug the TV. Once I plug the power cord back in and turn on the TV again the audio signal is restored. Not sure what the problem is but it does concern me going forward.

Bought this item based on recommendation of Best Buy associate. I'm very pleased with picture quality, sound, and ease of set up with google app. His recommendation switched me from another model I had picked out when I asked him which one was better. That is appreciated
