    This Tv Started Giving Me Issues Within A Week ! It Started To Lag & Delay Responses When Remote Was Pressed. Had To Press The Buttons Multiple Times For An Reaction. It Also Restarted (Signed Me Out Of My Amazon Account) Multiple Times. No Buttons Were Pressed When That Occurred. If You Can Deal With Those Issues Than Purchase. Personally I Would Not By This Brand Again !

    Not really impressed with the fire operating system lag from remote to tv. Have to wait like 10-12 seconds. Sound keeps stopping they did get that taken care of. Just not impressed.

    It fails too often. Bad tv It always freezes when it's halfway through the movie. The same thing happened with the last TV, which I returned because of the same problem, and this one is doing the same thing.

    I bought this TV less than 2 months ago. Great picture quality and sound. However, it's already glitching. When I attempt to watch any app the screen turns black. I did everything to reset the TV and it still continues to a black screen. It's way to early for any kind of issues with this brand new TV!!!

    Went to purchase tv in-store on a Wednesday. Had to return to the store on Thursday because they hadn't got if off the truck. Friday i unpacked and mounted to my wall. It worked fine for 2 hours until the sound went out. Then I repackaged the tv and drove it back to the store, only to find the customer service was unapologetic and dismissing. I was be on angry. Only responce was to just exchange or refund. I chose refund. Honestly the customer service was worse than the tv.

    TV worked for a month then a black area appeared in the bottom left corner. Best Buy will no longer help me on this product so, just a crappy tv is what I’m left with. I purchased it in September it is now November.

    I was excited to purchase this item based on the reviews and price range. But, after a week of usage, the screen started to turn into this blank green color. I would unplug and restart but it did not fix the issue. I'll return it and get a new one.

    I have a sony soundbar the sound goes out for a minute alot and picture goes out for 30-60 sec also started after return period

    This TV is not compatible with Spectrum and is ran thru Amazon. I was not a fan of this TV at all. I returned it and went back and bought one that had Roku.

    I have owned nicer TVs but for the price it does everything a more expensive tv does, the color and picture is not as good but it’s still good enough if you can’t afford an expensive tv
