Good TV for the price. My biggest complaint is that I cannot run a specific application at 1080p 60FPS. The processor can’t handle it and has constant lag. Google TV also had a huge delay compared to my other TVs. Otherwise, tv works, has a good picture and worth the price.

An excellent purchase, good value for the price. Definite upgrade in picture quality from my old Visio LED. Sporting events, nature docs, blu-ray movies all look noticeably better in sharpness, color and contrast. An almost infinite number of picture settings so you can customize to exactly how you want it to look. My existing audio set up (5.1 HT with an amp) was able to plug right in.

Great main TV for our household. Crisp picture, good sound though I added a soundbar and subwoofer. Lots of features to get to streaming services, except not F1 TV, so I use Apple TV for that. Easy to install and set up

What an amazing 65" TV! I hooked it up yesterday, and the screen is nice and bright. The bezels are minimal and slim. I really like the Google TV aspect because I cannot stand Roku or FireTV UIs, and this eliminates all the quarks from those programs. The remote is fantastic as well because the buttons are nicely large and intuitive. I also want to talk about how the viewing angles are great. You can watch this TV from the side, which won't be a problem since its direct-lit. The sound is nice and loud, with a little hint of DTS Virtual:X (don't expect surround sound). I love it when I turn on a movie or TV show; the TV lets me know that it will activate Dolby Vision, which is helpful. Overall, this TV is everything that I wanted within this price range, and it fits so well in my living room. I took a chance to buy this brand because I wasn't really familiar with TLC, and I'm so glad I did! I usually get Samsung, but I wanted something more affordable. Purchase this TV if you are looking for something amazing with a good price tag!

This s a very nice TV. I got this 65 inch smart TV for the same price as my old 40" TCL TV I bought 12 yrs ago, apart from bigger size the resolution is now 4K with QLED quality and smart features. Good picture quality and the sound is also good, easy setup. remote is good with google TV navigation. bought the TV few weeks ago, no complains so far.

My parents bought a Samsung 7000, and I prefer my TV. The picture quality at this price point is excellent. Also, the Google TV interface is better than Samsung's. Also, the Bluetooth feature is excellent and easy to use. You can use any pair of Bluetooth headphones to watch TV and the audio delay is minimal.

This was a great buy! The QLED technology provides a brilliant picture with exceptional contrast and sharpness, especially with 4K content. The remote does not have discrete numbers but there is an option for direct channel selection. The TV integrated seamlessly with my Samsung sound bar.

Okay I had mixed feelings about this tv when I started using it. First it seemed great and I was so excited to use it. The remote has options for a few apps such as Netflix, youtube, etc. I clicked one of the buttons to open Netflix, unfortunately the screen went all black, I tried to use the home button but it wouldn't do anything at all. I wanted to turn the tv off and still nothing. I had to unplug the whole thing. I stopped using the buttons to open the other apps and just started navigating to find them. A few days ago, I decided to give the buttons a try and well.... for some good reason they work perfectly fine. So I don't really know what happened before and I still don't understand what changed lol. Other than that, the quality is AMAZING! The sound is great as well. You can change the quality of the tv and of the sound too. With that being said, I could say I do recommend the tv overall. I also got this on sale, $200 off ;)

Honestly, I’ve never bought a TV before in my whole life and being able to buy this TV has made my my life different. I really enjoy watching TV now and my living room.. feel like I’m really in a movie theater. The only problem with this TV is that it’s kind of slow.

I bought this to replace a Vizio that was going out. It sounded like a great deal. A 65" Qled for 400.00. It looks absolutely horrible out of the box and takes a fair amount of calibration. It does.clean up fairly well but there were just too many issues. Light bleed around the edges was not bad but it was there. The TV doesnt get that bright once you get it calibrated well enough to watch it. The OS is and Google are so slow. Sometimes so bad it just locks up and has to be shut off. The upscaling was worse than my 10 year old Vizio in my bedroom. I was truly disappointed with this tv. Even sports were disappointing. I am returning this tv for something else. This is a true "you get what you pay for moment". I would never give full price this. Its not even worth the sale price considering it has so many issues. I cant recomment this tv.

Sound and picture are great. The remote control could use a little work. Can't find some options needed, like pause, restart movie. What happened to closing out of Netflix, Prime, etc.? Had that capability before. Is it necessary to have such a long remote control?

I used to say due to my poor eye sight the HD/4K did not make a difference. This TV proved me wrong the colors just pop and you can view it from almost any angle. the sound is decent. Sometimes the OS is slow, but for this price I can't complain

The price on this 65 inch QLED TV was unbelievably good! We just brought it home today and so far, we’re very impressed with the picture and audio quality. It’s beautiful! This is our first 65 inch TV-it’s big and just right for our home. We intend to add a sound bar and woofer just to maximize the experience. We were able to quickly download our apps using Google TV. I love how it’s synced to your YouTube account because we watch a lot of YouTube videos. This is our second TCL-the first one served us well for years so we’re expecting the same quality from this one. Best Buy had the pick up order ready just minutes after I placed the order! Purchased Geek Squad protection too.

Iam most pleased with this TV. I was originally looking at at Toshiba of the same size and after reading various reviews and comparing features I decided on the TCL. Dont let the old reviews of this brands similar model of a couple years back keep you away. I do not have any of the issues that the older models had. The picture is quite stunning. I did have to buy a new HDMI cable because my older one from prior 4K TV would not up convert from my Yamaha AVR to 4K properly and made the screen flash. I bought An 8K HDMI cable which solved the issue and it works great. I also run thru the ARC into Yamaha AVR with 7.1 sound, which is an 8 speaker system for those who don't know. When its available the sound is like being in a theater.
