I’ve had this tv for 5 weeks almost 6 and it has had speaker issues where the sound coming from the tv it’s all static (2 times) and the picture on it also goes in and out also (2times) I’m going to try and replace it and hope the next one works

Do not buy this tv!!!!! I bought this TV in December and by February. It already broke the HDMI’s don’t work. I can’t connect anything to the TV and now the sound is gone out on the fire stick home screen and now when I turn it off, it gives me a bunch of green lines and a bunch of other stuff. I called Best Buy to tell them and they told me it’s out of their 15 day window or 30 day window so now I have to deal with the manufacturer. I think this is extremely poor customer service on Best Buy’s part.

Bought tv 5 weeks ago and it's clearly defective. Approximately 4" blinking light at bottom of screen and too late to return now.

Picture quality is quite good for this class TV and price point. Processing power my be a little lacking making it slow some times. I just reconnected by Fire TV Cube and use that since it processes faster. Native Fire TV OS could not connect with my Onn soundbar system for normal control so I left it connected to HDMI eARC for sound output to the soundbar but also connected the soundbar to the TV via Bluetooth so that the soundbar volume and mute can be controlled by the TV and Fire TV Cube remotes.

I wasn't looking to break the bank when I began searching for a 65" TV. The Q5 Series was offered at a great price that couldn't be ignored. It doesn't have all of thecbells & whistles, but I wasn't looking for a unit with all of that. I'm still getting used to the remote, but that will not hinder me watching a really nice picture.

We purchased this impulsively on Black Friday. We have never had a smart TV, or one this large before. But we love it! We like using Amazon Prime a lot and having it hooked up to the smart tv is very convenient. We have all our streaming services on here as well as live tv. I lost the remote once, but I was able to buy a new one that was even nicer. I do wish there were buttons somewhere that couldve helped me navigate the TV when I lost the remote. I lost it while we were moving, so I hadnt had the TV connected to WiFi yet, and it wouldnt pair with my phone app, so I wasnt able to do anything with the TV, even after troubleshooting and trying to change sources. I had to go buy a new remote in order to do anything. I ended up finding the first remote a few months later....so now we have two! We love the sound amd the color quality as well.

Bought this TV on a black Friday deal. Great sound great picture quality. The remote and processor is a little slow. But honestly, I’ve had this for three weeks and I would buy it again.

TV has excellent resolution and audio is fine. Tricky syncing with an Xfinity remote (none of the published codes worked) and still only turns on via the paired remote about half the time. Mounting bracket for wall is on the bottom part of the TV so we had some trouble getting it to fit below the ceiling with our existing wall mount. But now that it's wedged in, it is solid and looks great. Seems good quality for the price so far.

This is a very nice TV that we got at a great price, easy to connect to AirPlay and bluetooth speaker, which is what we were lacking in our old TV. Picture is good. Only issue is the remote, which seems to have a delayed response - had to learn to stop re-pushing the buttons and just wait for it to respond. Overall, very happy with it!

Overall, the picture quality on this TV set is awesome. However unfortunately, I believe that's it. We purchased this TV to furnish our rental home. The Operating System takes forever to load, and is quite sluggish. Before you can move from one option to another, the system freezes - this even after we updated said OS. We figure, we're hooking it up to our Apple TV so we won't have to deal with the sluggish Operating System. This was not the case. For some reason, the TV will occasionally not recognize the Apple TV's control, so you will have to switch on the TV manually, using its own remote. With our Samsung, the Apple TV remote controls the Apple TV, Entertainment Center, and TV. Quality control is also questionable as when we received our TV, there was a slight dark spot at the corner of the screen. Fortunately, it isn't noticeable until you start looking hard. So all in all, you get what you paid for and this TV has a great screen. But I wouldn't count on it to work seamlessly with your other living room devises.

We bought this to replace an LG TV that had a smaller screen. It was easy to set up and the picture is excellent. I am using a soundbar, so I cannot comment on the quality of the built-in sound. This is my second TCL TV and we have no regrets. The built-in Fire TV is a bonus and works well.

I am watching TCL tv for over 6 months, and still very satisfying with this TV because it is enough size of tv for my living room and screen quality is great what i thought before. If you don’t want to spend money a lot on the TV, I recommend TCL TV
