We bought this to replace an LG TV that had a smaller screen. It was easy to set up and the picture is excellent. I am using a soundbar, so I cannot comment on the quality of the built-in sound. This is my second TCL TV and we have no regrets. The built-in Fire TV is a bonus and works well.

The quality is good. Only part i don't like is the OS on it, not the most friendly or easy to operate

Really good TV, especially for the price. Has all the connectivity, speed and quality of picture that is needed or I wanted. Easy to set up and seems fairly fast. We use a Sonos sound system, so I cannot speak to the sound quality....as Sonos is excellent on its own. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Great TV for the price on sale. All of the features work well. $ stars because the refresh rate is only 60Hz and you can see occasional trails and shadows. Otherwise it is a fantastic picture and great buy.

This TV is great for the price, you can't go wrong with a $330(On sale) QLED 65" 4K TV. The Fire TV is nice to have, although not my favorite UI. Sharp picture quality and great colors, although I'm not exactly snobby about my picture quality it is absolutely more than adequate. Speakers are solid, not much to say there. If you're buying a TV for speaker quality you should reconsider your education. One thing to know about TLC is that they have a protection plan that covers accidental damage while the Geek Squad Protection does not. So if you have kids or large pets and are not mounting this TV, you may want to consider getting the TLC plan.

Right out of the box, it was easy to set up, with the Fire TV interface seamlessly built into the system. I didn’t need any external devices—it was ready to stream my favorite shows and movies immediately. The picture quality is impressive for the price point. The 4K resolution delivers sharp, vibrant colors, and the HDR support makes watching content a true pleasure. The sound is decent, though I’d recommend pairing it with a soundbar for an even better experience. What makes this TV stand out is its integration with Alexa. Using voice commands to search for content, adjust volume, or even control smart home devices is a game-changer. Plus, the Fire TV ecosystem has all the apps I could want—Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and more—all running smoothly. The interface is intuitive, though there are occasional ads on the home screen, which is a minor downside. Overall, this TV is an excellent value for anyone looking for a budget-friendly option with modern features and great performance.

The picture is beautiful. I have not had any lag issues or issues of any kind. So glad I made this purchase. Sound is great even though I did also purchase a sound bar.

The salesman in the store was very “persuasive” and convinced me to get this giant peice of crap. It is very slow and takes multiple tries to power it on. It also does not allow me to work my sound bar with the provided remote. The fire tv interface is virtually unusable (slow, and has hidden settings menu) overall very frustrating. I use my firestick with it instead for interface and being able to control the volume. It does NOT play well with PS5 at all. I cannot use the playstation remote to control soundbar or tv volume on it as this version of Vizio is not supported by much of anything… good picture quality but overall don’t waste your money if you want it to be able to do more than watch football…

I am really pleased with this TV. The color and brightness is great.

The TCL 65 inch QLED is a great tv the clarity is awesome, the colors are vibrant and distinct. Has 3 hdmi ports which is enough for me. I have my sound bar hooked through the optical port and it sounds great. My ps5 console graphics are superior to other QLED tvs and there is no lag time and what i thought was cool is that u can even see the dust flying in the air. Overall a great tv. The only downfall is if u dont have a sound bar the tv speakers are not that great.

Great tv for the price. Fantastic picture, fantastic price point. This isn’t a $1k tv and you aren’t paying $1k for it, but for the price size and and picture quality, it can’t be beat. Not sure how it sounds because mine has been hooked up to a soundbar, but I’m sure it’s livable.

I purchases TV to add to my family room. The price point was great. The quality of the picture is nice. Plus the brand is a reliable brand and when reviewing it, it received nice reviews.

Great picture with easy setup. The remote could be better it's pretty basic. The color are rich and deep andyou couldn't ask for much more from a tv with such a great price.

I am watching TCL tv for over 6 months, and still very satisfying with this TV because it is enough size of tv for my living room and screen quality is great what i thought before. If you don’t want to spend money a lot on the TV, I recommend TCL TV

I really like the TV. The live TV version of FireTV works well. The only downside is that the Fire OS is slow to respond, for sound, for changing channels or for applications. Otherwise that is only reason for 4 starts vs 5. Everything else is great.

The tv picture is great quality for the price, first off. I am not fond of the menu set up (roku is eaisier to navigate), not that big a deal though.. again for the price. About 2 months in we did have an issue with the bottom portion of the screen not working, after toggling thru setting my husband was able to fix, no issues since.

The TCL 65" TV has been amazing. We are using it outside on the Pool Patio, I was very skeptical on how the picture would look but very surprised at the clarity and picture quality. I would definitely suggest this TV for those looking for a quality TV at a great price.

this tv is so fantastic ,my son and hubby picked it out and I thought we should go with a name brand like Samsun Sony and so on , but this tv TCL fits in our living room PERFECT and it has great picture easy to use !
