Overall, the picture quality on this TV set is awesome. However unfortunately, I believe that's it. We purchased this TV to furnish our rental home. The Operating System takes forever to load, and is quite sluggish. Before you can move from one option to another, the system freezes - this even after we updated said OS. We figure, we're hooking it up to our Apple TV so we won't have to deal with the sluggish Operating System. This was not the case. For some reason, the TV will occasionally not recognize the Apple TV's control, so you will have to switch on the TV manually, using its own remote. With our Samsung, the Apple TV remote controls the Apple TV, Entertainment Center, and TV. Quality control is also questionable as when we received our TV, there was a slight dark spot at the corner of the screen. Fortunately, it isn't noticeable until you start looking hard. So all in all, you get what you paid for and this TV has a great screen. But I wouldn't count on it to work seamlessly with your other living room devises.

We bought this to replace an LG TV that had a smaller screen. It was easy to set up and the picture is excellent. I am using a soundbar, so I cannot comment on the quality of the built-in sound. This is my second TCL TV and we have no regrets. The built-in Fire TV is a bonus and works well.

Really good TV, especially for the price. Has all the connectivity, speed and quality of picture that is needed or I wanted. Easy to set up and seems fairly fast. We use a Sonos sound system, so I cannot speak to the sound quality....as Sonos is excellent on its own. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Great TV for the price on sale. All of the features work well. $ stars because the refresh rate is only 60Hz and you can see occasional trails and shadows. Otherwise it is a fantastic picture and great buy.

I purchases TV to add to my family room. The price point was great. The quality of the picture is nice. Plus the brand is a reliable brand and when reviewing it, it received nice reviews.

[Employee of bestbuy] This TV is great for the price, you can't go wrong with a $330(On sale) QLED 65" 4K TV. The Fire TV is nice to have, although not my favorite UI. Sharp picture quality and great colors, although I'm not exactly snobby about my picture quality it is absolutely more than adequate. Speakers are solid, not much to say there. If you're buying a TV for speaker quality you should reconsider your education. One thing to know about TLC is that they have a protection plan that covers accidental damage while the Geek Squad Protection does not. So if you have kids or large pets and are not mounting this TV, you may want to consider getting the TLC plan.

Great tv for the price. Fantastic picture, fantastic price point. This isn’t a $1k tv and you aren’t paying $1k for it, but for the price size and and picture quality, it can’t be beat. Not sure how it sounds because mine has been hooked up to a soundbar, but I’m sure it’s livable.

I am really pleased with this TV. The color and brightness is great.

The TCL 65" TV has been amazing. We are using it outside on the Pool Patio, I was very skeptical on how the picture would look but very surprised at the clarity and picture quality. I would definitely suggest this TV for those looking for a quality TV at a great price.

The picture is beautiful. I have not had any lag issues or issues of any kind. So glad I made this purchase. Sound is great even though I did also purchase a sound bar.

Great picture with easy setup. The remote could be better it's pretty basic. The color are rich and deep andyou couldn't ask for much more from a tv with such a great price.

What a nice TV. We purchased 2 of these for a small office to have zoom meeting on and it is large and bright with a nice picture. We do not use the speakers so I cannot comment on that but otherwise it is well worth the price for an economical TV

I purchased this 65-inch TCL QLED as a gift for my mom, and she absolutely loves it! I wanted to get her something that had a massive, beautiful picture but wouldn't be too complicated for her to navigate. The QLED display with HDR PRO+ looks incredibly vibrant, especially for movie nights. The best part, however, is the built-in Fire TV interface. It is so intuitive that she had no trouble finding all her favorite streaming apps right out of the box. It’s hard to find a TV that balances high-end picture quality with such a user-friendly setup, but TCL nailed it with this model.

this tv is so fantastic ,my son and hubby picked it out and I thought we should go with a name brand like Samsun Sony and so on , but this tv TCL fits in our living room PERFECT and it has great picture easy to use !

The TCL 65 inch QLED is a great tv the clarity is awesome, the colors are vibrant and distinct. Has 3 hdmi ports which is enough for me. I have my sound bar hooked through the optical port and it sounds great. My ps5 console graphics are superior to other QLED tvs and there is no lag time and what i thought was cool is that u can even see the dust flying in the air. Overall a great tv. The only downfall is if u dont have a sound bar the tv speakers are not that great.
