Customers often highlight the outstanding picture quality and brightness of the 75" Class QM8K Series 4K UHD HDR QD-Mini LED Smart TV. Gamers appreciate the 144Hz refresh rate and solid gaming performance, while others enjoy the enhanced black levels and Dolby Atmos support. Bottom Line: I was surprised and delighted by this new TV from TCL. It provides a beautiful picture out of the box, with above average audio performance to the point you don't need a sound bar. It comes with all the smart TV chops at a price point you can't argue with especially at this size. Full Review: I admittedly had only considered TCL as a mid-tier brand, but this 75” 4K mini-LED TV from them knocked my socks off. The TV itself is very attractive which brushed metal touches all around. It is thin, but not too thin that I worry about it’s day-to-day survivability. The bezels around the display are tiny and it really makes the picture shine. The branding – minimal with a tiny glowing TCL logo. Remote is backlit with a typical layout with shortcuts to common apps and it’s weighty with the batteries installed and takes on the brushed metal cues from the TV. It was super simple to setup taking just a few screws to get it ready to go on our console table. It is a two person job, but I was able to get it unboxed with help and ready to power on in about 10 minutes. One thing I noticed when unpacking the TV was the speakers on the backside from B&O which look great, even though you won’t really see them. The picture is incredible and at this price point and size it’s really hard to beat in terms of picture with full-array dimming. The mini-LED technology means this TV is very VERY bright and the contrast is reminiscent of an OLED television, but without the risk of burn-in and reduced life. I noticed very little haloing (when the backlight bleeds around small bright objects) thanks to all the dimming zones and the lens technology they use. I thought the viewing angles were vary good when positioned around the TV in a room. I watched a number of movies as well as played games and felt like the responsiveness was good for shooters and other fast paced titles. For PC gamers it also features AMD FreeSync Premium, which is cool to see on a TV. The sound is top notch too with good bass response and an overall balanced production tuned by Bang and Olufsen. It also supports Dolby Atmos for spatial audio and it does a decent job to bouncing sound around a mid sized room to create an immersive experience. Overall, its quality has kept me from purchasing a sound bar so I call that a win.

solid tv not worth the price. I would jsut save another 500-700 and go for the Sony. This just barely meets.
