    TV dead on arrival

    TV was dead on arrival and would not turn on. Called TCL who ran me through all the troubleshooting and concluded the TV was dead. TCL entered it as dead on their site and I took tv to my local Best Buy and returned it for another TCL (75"). That Tv worked fine. The new 75 is a good tv so far.
