However, it's very temperamental. At least once every other day, it simply switches off, requiring you to unplug and reboot the whole system. That solution is effective and easy, but annoying when it happens in the middle of a program. My experience with Best Buy's service was also deeply disappointing. Although I'd requested and paid for a Geek Squad set-up, Best Buy used other contractors. They didn't show up for the appointment and didn't return calls or messages. Ultimately, I had to pick up and install the equipment myself. Best Buy is doing tremendous damage to its brand by relying on these kinds of contractors.

I do find myself having to turn volume up to hear voice clearer but then having to turn it down again once sounds effects/ base is too loud. .. and then do it again.

Unfortunately the center channel (which is supposedly the voice) gets drowned out. Found a great deal on LG S90tr and made a HUGE difference! My TCL doesn’t have full control of the LG soundbar but I can del with the trade off. May have had better luck with the tcl 85sh but the lg has a better track record. Recommend for someone who doesn’t want true Dolby atmos.
