This is a great product in concept, but it is difficult to use. Especially difficult to close the case properly, even the BB employee had a hard time. Since the phone it is for is waterproof, we decided to return it and find a more suitable cover/case for the phone.

People you call can't hear what you are saying...particularly when you use the speaker. I thought there was a problem with the phone itself until I took it out of this case and then people could hear me

I loved that it’s waterproof however it’s also soundproof... forget about speakerphone... whoever’s on the other end won’t hear a word unless you shout

I purchased this case for my husband's phone and he likes it! It's not super bulky and even fits in a holster. No complaints!

The case looks okay but it's pretty big to put in my pocket. Need a slimmer case since the iPhone 7 plus is already big.

This cover is the worst ever. Almost a $100 for something that doesn't work properly. Extremely hard to assemble with phone and at the first use, guess what? Water inside with my IPhone.

This Tech21 Case is not bulky - yet, provides supreme protection. Very much worth the money. I have purchased many Tech cases and will continue to do so!

My son hates bulky cases & takes them off. This is a good fit for him. I only trust it because of the screen protector.

It's an ok case. Watch out for the plug cover it broke in 2 weeks. Need the "key" to take the phone out of the case that's a pain. The speaker ports are covered because of the waterproof so some eaierphoje doesn't work.

This product is incredibly deceiving. On its own, it looks like an incredible, cheap alternative to getting the nuud Lifeproof iPhone 7Plus case, but the Tech21 EVO case is far overpriced in my opinion. The UGLY "gold" dial on the side to switch silent mode is extremely protruding and clearly made of the cheapest plastic they can find. I would have returned it the second I put it on had I not only driven home and cracked a cold one with the boys. 0/10 would not recommend. Gave 1 star because I couldn't give it a zero. Lifeproof is the only way to go until someone makes a competitive product at a reasonable price.

It's a nice and sturdy case but it's hard for people to hear me talking. I had a life proof case before this one that had the same issue so maybe all water prof cases have the same problem. It still protects my phone.

when I receive calls the person calling is unable to hear me. I won't buy another. If I take the case off they can understand me ugh money down the drain

Bought the case on impulse for a new i7+ at the recommendation of the BB associate. The phone fit well and the case appeared to be well made. Ended up trading for a less expensive Otterbox Defender that was on sale because the wife liked the grip of the rubber edges better. This case would be good for someone concerned about water immersion, but since the iphone is water resistent it was overkill.

The clasp for at the bottom of the protective case quit working after less than a month and Best Buy wouldn't take care of the warranty.

It was a great case but this specific one for some reason it kept popping open.

For the price i got the case i should have gotten a life proof at first instead of this case it was more bulkier

The case itself was nicely made but the locking clip on the charging port kept breaking on the right side.had to return 2 times then gave up on it and got my money back.

I couldn't hear the person on the other end, and was very difficult to press the home button on my phone through the case.

Bought this for my son and the round knob on the side fell off in one week. People can't hear him talking on the phone.

The case broke in my 1st month of use. The volume button broke off. I will try to return the item for something different.
