The technician who assisted me with transferring information to a new phone was smart as well as being kind . I have a case and a screen protector too because he encouraged me. I would happily return to BB.

This one is just the right size, not oversized so it fits in the pocket easily but durable enough to save a phone from drops. I have dropped the phone a few times and it is still in perfect condition.
