My son wanted something lightweight but full protection and this did the trick

We got this case for my 11-year-old son’s iPhone XR. As you can imagine being 11 years old he can be kind of rough on a phone, but so far this case has protected the phone from drops and other accidents.

I did a lot of research on iPhone cases and tech21 delivers. It’s very sturdy and YouTube drop tests prove that the case backs up its claims and then some. I feel very safe with my phone in this case.

I have had this case for about 2 months and no complaints to report. It has done an excellent job of protecting my phone from drops. I did, however, purchase a separate screen protector as this one doesn't include that (hence the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars). It remains to be seen how this case survives time as that has been my biggest complaint with most cases.
