    Would prefer case to be less slippery. Store had choice of only two colors. Previous phone case was light gray and easy to locate vs black. It also had better handling features. Little help from floor sales. Told to shop online...would gladly do so if BB provided KIOSKS or ONLINE terminals while in the store.
