Good protection

I dropped phone as getting out of car, from seat to ground not even close to 6 ft they claim. It hit on the corner and the phone cracked! Ive had numerous cases and have dropped phones before. Fhis is the ONLY one that failed to protect the phone as it states. Best buy said not their problem unless pay deductible on plan. Why have a case that claims to protect against these things when it doesnt! Wont buy brand again.
