Hard to take off

seem like phone is not protected, flimsy bottom

Went with this one because iPhone X charges without charging case. The item description protection states features pretty much like an OtterBox except no bulkiness. This case is so flimsy and the bottom of the case seems like it's going to tear at any moment. For the price of this expensive phone, I wish I would have went Mophie.
