I purchased this case for my daughter and the first time it was dropped the tiny plastic pins for the hinged cover broke. Fortunately Best Buy allows an item to be returned for 14 days. Unfortunately it fell again and will be returned. My daughter likes the hinged cover that snaps over the screen. We will attempt to glue the hinged cover in place on the replacement case even though it will prevent us from returning it in the future. The hinged cover can be removed and a solid plastic filler snaps in as an option to delete the hinged cover. but the screen would not be protected.

Not worth the price of $50 with taxes. Bought on December 2nd and broke on December 20th and can't return, go figure... I was never rough with the case and the connection points broke with just opening the case. I would not recommend this case and would suggest an Otter Box INSTEAD, had one in the past with no problems. This is what I get for cheating on Otter Box. I will be super gluing the connection part back together to get my moneies worth!!

The cover of the wallet is held on by two tiny knubs and they not hold up. Bottom still in top broken off. This has been my second EVO wallet in 6 months and this replacement lasted less time than the previous the front cover is broken already. I'm looking into getting something new and not with Evo.. LIFE PROOF IT IS!

This was the biggest waste of money---$50 to be exact. The cover broke within 1 week, the clip that locks the cover in broke at about 3 weeks. I have glued and taped this cover together in both places to get use out of it. DO NOT BUY IT!!!

very practical case since it has card storage and provides protection. I only wish that it had a latch or someway to keep it open at times.

This case is only good if you will be carrying 2-3 cards max. The latch and synthetic non-stretchy material of this case make it hard to close if you have even only a few cards in your case. It's fairly slim, and I like the protection, but it was just too much of a pain in the butt making sure it closed properly, so I returned it.

I don't have a screen protector on my galaxy s8, I just use this case to protect my phone. I've dropped it about 4 times now, once on hard tile where my phone landed screen facing down and made a very loud noise when it hit the ground. I thought for sure it cracked/shattered, but nope, it was perfectly fine! This case does make the buttons (power, volume, bixby) hard to press, but it prevents damage if you're clumsy like me.

Great quality case for my new Galaxy 8 phone - offers protection, convenience and style. The salesperson was very helpful in the selection. He suggested this wallet style over another as it has a snap closure, so will stay closed in my purse!

I usually shied away from wallet phone cases because they didn't fit in my pocket. This one is very thin and light, still fits in pockets with no issues.

The case doesn't make the phone bulky. I didn't want a screen protector so I love the flap over the screen.

Less than one week the flap came loose and had to get a replacement. Manufacturer was happy to assist getting a replacement under warranty.

I got this case and so far it's great as far as protection goes for my S8, but the power/lock button is difficult to press in with it.

Case is great, fits the phones shape well. Only downside is the side buttons are tough to press. May just need to break in though.

Case so far has done a great job of protecting the phone (yes I have already dropped it). I like the fact that it protects, but is still light and small so adds little to the overall size which fits my hand nicely. Looks attractive too - very professional.

I mean I didn't drop it like that last dead-lift you can't get up, but it gets the job done and looks stylish. Still not fond of the idea of keeping all my valuables in one place, but for the sake of not looking like I'm walking around with a bulge in my pants all the time--I think it's worth it. Perhaps I should go back to baggy pants to compensate? It's called balance people.

good for a carrying a few cards. cover pops off, but it does a good job of protecting the screen when it's secure. overall, a very protective case, but the convertible folio design is flawed.

Case works fine. It's a soft plastic that can definitely absorb some force on impact. Just not overly dissatisfied nor impressed. Would recommend a friend try something else probably unless this price was significantly cheaper.

I thought this is a great idea. The wallet section is hidden behind a flap, so that it looks like there is nothing there. My problem was that after a couple of weeks, the hinge stopped working and the cover would fall off. When it finally was beyond staying on, I did contact the company. They sent me a brand new replacement very quickly. It just came last week. if this stays together, I would definitely give it 5 stars. It's a wallet without adding a lot of bulk to your phone case.

The one good this about this one is it has an inner cover if you want to use the slots for cards. And the materials in contact with your screen are soft like suede so it won't scratch the screen.
