I wanted a clear phone case, and this is exactly what I wanted. I like this brand a lot. I do find that their cases yellow easily, but regardless they protect my phone and that's what I want most. Of all the 5 cases I have purchased, purple, white, gray, black, and clear/white they all yellowed. I am hoping I do not have the same issue with this one.

I recently purchased my FIRST IPhone - the IPhone 11 model. I believe I had one of the Greenville, NC store's very best sales person. She was so knowledgable and patient with my questions as we went through the sales process and transferring my pictures and contacts from a very old Samsung Smart Phone. She also showed me the very basics of how to operate a couple features - mainly making and receiving calls and messages and how to take a picture. I am almost 78 years old and my "learning style" is NOT being shown something one time and remembering it the next day. After going home and fiddling around on my own for several hours, I went onto my desktop computer and ordered from AMAZON "IPHONE for Seniors DUMMIES". That has been a bigger help, but some things just take time and repeated usage. I would like to suggest that BEST BUY have their Geek Squad offer a course (for a price) to teach folks like myself how to more effectively use the IPhone - there are so many things I would like to be able to do, but hesitate to try. When you pay big bucks for this type of phone, I feel it's because you want to take advantage of the additional apps it offers.

I have an note 20 ultra, like it só much. What a good case . Ended up buying for my iphone user friend. No regrets. She loves it.

I've always purchased tech21 products they tend to last for a long time just the negative about it is always gets greasy oils on behind the phone and the screen after long day with dirty hands. I recommend spraying alcohol with a microfiber rag to clean everyday
