For the price point, I am extremely disappointed with this product. From day one I have been having complaints from everyone that calls me, they all say the same thing, my voice is muffled and goes in and out. I have to either cup my hand at the bottom of the case and speak louder or use a Bluetooth or wired headphones. I am really disappointed as I had high hopes for this product. Also, headphones plug waterproof cover broke after one week, so the cover is no longer water proof

Bought this case and first thought it was solid and strong.... But the folks you call can not hear you very well. It sounds like your talking underwater.

The concerns I needed to address were about impact and waterproof protection. This product offers robust impact protection and is waterproof as well. I needed something for robust adventure travel and this fits the bill!

It's a muffled sound, had to take it off the phone because sounding like I was under water

If you have a glass screen protector you might not like the fit of this case on your phone.

I tried reinstalling my phone in this case several times before I gave up and scrapped it. My wife consistently complained she could not hear me when I tried talking to her - had to resort to Bluetooth or headphone connection. I would have returned it if I could have.

Great case for my 14 year old. He is always dropping his phone and this stands up to his abuse. Also, great for popsockets.

This case is really nice. sound quality is awesome when compared to other waterproof cases. Only this that I would improve is the power button is difficult to push.

This case withstood a few drops lol. It's definitely waterproof I worked in the car rain a few times and no problems.

Feel apart of a week of use. Case is very weak in the water and is most likely to get a leak if u want a good water proof case I would recommend a life proof nude.

I purchased this product as a gift for my father and he says it works great.

The flap over the phone's charger outlet on the case I bought closed too tightly and was too weak to last. It seemed like an issue immediately and broke in less than a week of tender use (thinking appropriate care might save it). Check the case before you buy it. This might not be an issue with all of them. I returned the case for store credit used immediately to buy a LifeProof case.

The Evo Xplorer case delivers on Tech21's claims of shock and scratch resistance - I've dropped my phone down a flight of stairs and from waist-height to a concrete surface with no noticeable impact on the phone itself. However, the case seems to severely impede phone functionality in two key areas - TouchID and sound quality. My phone doesn't recognize my fingerprint through the screen, and when I attempted to set up a fingerprint with the case on as suggested by the company, the phone is unable even to pick up my fingerprint through the screen. Not a big deal if you don't mind inputting your AppleID password for purchases or your passcode to unlock the phone, but it's disappointing not to be able to take advantage of that feature. Additionally, any time I receive a phone call, callers are unable to distinguish the majority of what I say when the case is on. Bluetooth headsets don't seem to have any trouble, but this is a major inconvenience when my Bluetooth isn't readily available and I want to take a call - I literally have to remove the phone from the case (not an simple matter!) just so that I can be heard clearly. Because the case has kept my phone well protected and still has functionality of the touch screen, volume buttons, lock button, charge port and silent switch, I give it three stars as it serves its primary purpose. However, the lack of functionality of the TouchID and poor sound quality are significant enough detriments that I wouldn't even consider a higher rating.

Doesn't fit the iPhone 6s horrible to put on and off the phone

I like the way it fits on the phone, way better than life prof the conversation is clear almost like if it wasn't any case at all

for a water tight case it is not worth the money - it broke, is no longer airtight, just after the 15 day return policy for best buys expired- do not recommend this product!
