I woyld love to tell you how these are but I haven't received them yet. I ordered them on October 6th with a delivery date of the 10th. On the 10th I checked the status and they were at the loxal FedEx distribution center but it stated they were delayed. After 6 day I called FedEx to get an update and was told the package could not be delivered and was sent back to the shipper. So I called BestBuy support and they sent a replacement, the say before the delivery date, the same thing happened. I requested a package investigation. Got a call from FedEx the next morning and was told the package was turned over to FedEx security. Perplexed, I called FedEx security and was told the shippers FedEx account is invalid and they couldn’t tell me more than that. I called BestBuy support twice more to get resolution to this ridiculous situation, and both representatives I spoke with couldn't understand what I was telling them. This has been an abject failure at every level.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

We recommend continuing to work with the retailer and their carrier for resolution, as they are best positioned to assist with replacements or investigations. - S
