This PC is a "clear" winner!

This PC is fast and well built! I have owned the PC for about 2 months. It's fast. There was no damage in the shipment. The PC itself is aesthetically pleasing. You can see the innards of it and there are controllable LEDs on the fans. Personally, I like the "Wave" LED setting on slow with max brightness to show off all the colors. The glass is tempered glass, so it's the same stuff you'll normally find used for car side/rear windows. It's glass, so technically it's fragile, but looks and feels solid. I know there were options available for a "better" video card, but I could not justify the "upgrade" because I do not play all of the latest games. In the game I do play, I maxed out all the video settings in it and get 250+ fps in cities, about 200 fps flying around the world, and the lowest I've seen it drop is about 150 fps during battle. (These are all ridiculously good.) I considered purchasing direct from the manufacturer, but Best Buy offered a better deal AND had a 64 GB RAM option with the same model. Also, I got Best Buy Rewards. I am very happy to find a system as fast as this one is with air cooling. I know there's probably nothing wrong with liquid cooling, but air was my preference. I could go on and on about the good, but here's some slight annoyances: (I'm admittedly picky, so the list gets a little long. Please do not let these dismay you from purchasing.) I didn't like how I couldn't go to the store and look at it and buy it from the store. I like to put my "hands-on" major purchases. The shipment arrived one day later than expected. There WAS a holiday during the time, AND the shipment had to cross the boarder into the United States from Canada. There was one motherboard screw loose and plastic piece rattling within. I can see where a motherboard screw COULD have been right in the middle of it, but there are plenty of other screws holding it in place and I cannot really get to it to screw it in. So, I have the screw, and have zero concerns about it. I just didn't like the rattling sound. The plastic piece I am also not concerned about because it looks like the head of one of the plastic tie wraps, and there are about 25 of them holding the wiring in place. (looks VERY professional) There's something not quite right with the sound driver. (I think.) I use the PC for work and have a desktop phone app. The ringing sound starts with about a half-second "echo" of the previous audio ending. I'm using the same bluetooth headset and app as I was on my previous PC, so I can't think that the problem is either of those things. My hypothesis is that it is a sound card driver thing. (I do have the latest drivers and have tried removing and reinstalling the card.) By the way, the quality of the sound is decent and better than expected from an onboard sound card. I considered removing a rating star because of this sound thing, but did not because the sound is still rather good. I've used all the USB connections, so I'll probably have to add a hub/card to expand those. There's no SD card reader slots, so I'll have to get something for those. There's no optical drive. I know...Who uses one of those anymore? Well, I might. It's just weird to not have one considering the size of the chassis. I'll look into getting something for that too. There's no keyboard or mouse with the desktop. I knew this, and did not care. I prefer the ones I already have. Specification differences: The picture of this case at Best Buy has the power, headset, microphone, and various USB ports on the side near the bottom of the chassis. The PC I have has these ports on the top. Because I have this PC on the ground, I prefer the location of these ports where they are on the one I purchased. Actual dimensions are 9" W x 17" L x 18" H (includes the feet); not 6" x 12" x 12" like it says in the specifications. I did not think it would be that small based on what I saw on the manufacturer's website after I guessed at which case they were using. Also, the actual weight is 24.4 lbs.; not 8 lbs. like it says in the specifications. Some other things you should probably know: The antenna isn't just for WiFi, so connect it. I first setup the PC and thought "I'm not going to use this on WiFi, so I don't need to have this silly antenna connected." Well, I was rather frustrated trying to figure out why the PC would not find and pair with my Bluetooth headset. I had a "eureka moment" when I thought maybe the Bluetooth would work better if I had the antenna connected. It did and does. If you are going to setup this desktop on the floor under your desk, then invest in some type of corner bumper. The front corners are at knee level. I know I spent a little more than what I expected to spend going into this new PC purchase so I could upgrade to a PC which supports Windows 11. I'm happy with how much I spent, and I think you will be too. 5 stars!
