This game is really fun once you get down all the controls. You have the option to switch between all 4 turtles, however, I would have preferred a local co-op option instead. Overall a solid game addition to the Turtles game franchise.

I've been watching this game for a while. Got it for my 6 yr old son when it was on sale. Its pretty good, he likes it. Don't pay full price. Join the gamers unlocked program or wait til its on a good sale. Have fun.

First off, let me say that it's a very quick play. Maybe 3-4 hours of you rush through it. BUT, it has tons of replay value. There lots of things to do in this game and honestly, the levels are so fun, you'll want to replay them repeatedly. It's not too serious but it's not overly comedic either. And it's partially true to the IDW comics but it does mix in some of the Nickelodeon cartoon as well. If you want to have fun and play and love the Turtles, get the game. For you old school gamers this reminds me of TMNT The Arcade Game from back in the day. Updated with cell shaded graphics and 3D gameplay of course :)

The game is pretty fun. Kids like it. The only negative is that the game is only single player on the console. That information was not available when I pre-ordered it on best buy.com
Still a good game. I would recommend.

Decent beat 'em up for the TMNT

Mutants in Manhattan isn't a fantastic TMNT game, but it's acceptable. As with other Platinum Game entries, it's a good idea to start on easy or normal, even with friends in co-op, and play through the game for power ups before moving to higher difficulty. A couple of the boss fights are pretty rough.
As with any beat 'em up, there is some repetition to the game, but the real trick to mastering it is getting good at dodging and counter attacking. If you can get that down, you'll start to really enjoy the game more, though even then bosses can get pretty hectic.

Short, bland, and repetitive. Too bad it doesn't have a local multiplayer option either. Not good if you're looking for a cooperative game.

I like the game a lot, it's easy to play, but I am just wondering why they did not make it a co-op game??

It's Ninja Turtles. You really can't get any more descriptive than that. It plays well enough, but there's no 4 player couch co-op, so be weary. Otherwise, it plays fine.

If you are a fan you will like playing this game online with your friends. The lack of couch coop is disappointing. Other than that a fun game to pick up and play.

It's not on par with other platinum works like Metal Gear Revegence or Nier Automata but it's a solid beat um up if you're a fan of the franchise.

I'd you're a tmnt fan then you'll enjoy it. Sorry is OK at best, missions are kind of dull, the combat system could use some tweaking and the revive system/ back to the lair type deal is stupid. Multiplayer is more fun. Trying to switch between turtles when playing alone is a pain. Some of the bosses are way overpowered and are constantly helped by hundreds of foot soldiers. My suggestion is wait for a price drop. I grew up on the turtles so I'm disappointed...

This game got a lot of poor reviews, and I'm not sure why. Sure it's just a beat-em-up... but it's a very fun one. If you are a TMNT fan pick it up.
