This steam mop works wonderfully on vinyl tile floors. Before getting it, I was using a Swiffer with spray cleaner and a Robovac mop to keep thinks fresh. That setup was fine when i lived alone and didn't have many messes to deal with. I have decided to give a try with the steam mop and as it was value for money and i am happy with it. It was easy to put together and take apart, simple to fill with water and it heats up fast right after I plug it in. The handle is comfortable to use and the extra long power cord is a huge plus. I can clean my long hallway and the whole kitchen without switching outlets/ It also comes with several attachments including ones for steaming fabrics and narrow nozzles that helped me clean built up grime in the bottom of my oven. I never realized how versatile a steam mop could be.
