The King Of Iron Fist Tournament

Tekken 6's graphics are very well done and the cast of 40 characters is amazing.Scenario mode is very boring to say the least because of the weird camera angles. It plays like a beat'em up arcade game with the Tekken fighting controls, but in practice doesn't work all that well. When you can actually see whats going on,the clunky targeting doesn't let you focus on the enemy you want to fight. If you're not targeted on an enemy you'll have a hard time trying to hit them.Your progress through this mode earns you various items which you can upgrade your character and customize your outfits. There's also fighting modes just like in Virtua Fighter, rank matches which lets you beat up A.I. opponents. The bosses are here and some of them have game breaking moments that will make you very frustrated, and some are pretty boring.Online gameplay is pretty laggy.Tekken 6 still feels like a rushed game.So if you're a fan I say don't think twice it.For others I say rent it.

This version will cost you another $30

If you ONLY have an Xbox360, and are interested in Tekken6, you will need an extra $30-$40 dollars on an investment of a Street Fighter 4 controller. Or buy a decent arcade stick, which will cost you fair amount of cash. I couldn't pull off ANY advanced moves in Tekken 6 with the original Xbox360 controller. When you try to upper cut in this game, you'll end up jumping silly, failing to pull off the move. Analog stick or using the 360s Dpad, you will suffer doing other moves. This game is NOTHING like Street Fighter, each button controls a limb of your character, and each hit and limb connects to your attack smoothly. But with the help of a good Dpad. In conclusion, this game is fun, it’s an intense fighting game, and graphics are top notch. But this game will truly cost you about $100+tax with a Street Fighter4 controller for the TRUE Experience of Tekken 6. If you’re in for the achievements or just curious about this game, rent it, if you like Tekken, get this game with the SF4 controller. Thanks for reading!

Got a chance to play the game at EVO 2K9 First off when you see this game in person youll notice the amazing graphics. I first thought they were showing a real fight on TV. Game plays like classic Tekken but looks amazing Characters are great and new fighting elements are awesome. Going to pick this one up for sure when it hits the market.

This game is not just one of the best Tekkens to date it is the most skillful game out now.The characters have been changed not buy much but enough that one can't dominate the others the combo system has been changed it allows a better player to win and it doesn't let someone that just mashes buttons win the only bad thing is the practice mode is missing some tings but it's not a deal breaker Overall this game is incredible.

    Unimpressive Overall

The fighting part of the game is solid. Probably better than solid: its classic Tekken with lots and lots of subtle detail, moves, and fighters to choose from. They didn't reinvent the wheel but if you like the other Tekkens you will like this. That said, unlocking costumes and endings can only be done by wasting time on a terrible story mode. It is much worse than say, Double Dragon on the NES. Also, upon release the netcode makes online play almost impossible. It really does lag horribly over 50% of the time. 5/5 bars for connection is no more or less likely to lag than 1/5 bars. They say a patch is coming out but I would look up what folks say about the patch before I bought into the idea of online being fixed.

Tekken is classic, and thats what u get, old school fighting, nothing really is different. Ufc 2010 is the game u want, instant epic.
