I like the slim design of the remote, you'll have to buy button batteries to replace as a trade off. I don't like the channel/volume up/down, ok, and directional pad clustered together. It makes for it hard to find the right button especially since the buttons aren't raised

I’m very happy that I bought a new universal remote control from Bestbuy

Pros: 1. Sleek 2. Light weight 3. Backlit keys 4. Multi-device support (I was able to configure my LG TV and Bose speakers) 5. Buttons are functioning well without having to press it hard or multiple times Cons: 1. Some of the functions like Smart is not available (for LG TVs) 2. Go Back, Guide+Menu, Menu button doesn't work for LG TV (even after configuring the different codes mentioned in the manual) 3. Because of the above 2 limitations, it is required for me to use the original TV remote for going to the Home screen or exiting a Youtube video to go back to the Youtube Home screen.

I needed this to fast forward and do other things while watching tv and a streaming service. It works great and was east to set up.

Works as advertised. Easy to program and use. Arrow buttons could be a little larger.

This remote works well and is easy to program. It is lightweight so I hope it will be durable.

This remote was able to combine all of my devices into one remote, but only seems to have limited range. It doesn't always work from across the room and needs to be pointed directly at the unit being operated.

This remote control does operate all of our equipment, which is a wonderful thing. However, the buttons are so small that it is very hard to press the button you want without pressing at least two more. Additionally, the print on the buttons could be larger.

*IMPORTANT* Does NOT work with Roku Streaming Stick. Otherwise very good product. Works as expected.

I bought this with a gift card I had and a deal of the day combined. My dog recently chewed up my OEM TV remote. Used this to replace it. The TV is older, but this remote paired very easily. Even got it connected to the sound bar. Only issue I have is the range isn't as good as the original remote. Other than that, works well for me.

No problems with setup or use. Needed to control a TV, soundbar, Roku, and blue ray. This fit the bill and is very slim and lightweight. The range seems good and it has not been finicky about your aim.

I bought this for the backlight feature so I can see the keypad in bed at night. The backlight only stays on for a few seconds and then I need to hit the light button again. Also the back button does not take me to the home menu on Hulu. I haven’t figured out yet how to do that. Been a bit frustrating. Glad I only dropped 10 bucks.

The remote was easy to set up and extremely light, I'm disappointed that I have been unable to make the remote do "sequential powering" of the programmed devices that I have set up with other remotes. Tech support from the manufacturer is useless after contacting them twice. It just might be going back...

Set-up is easy, but in could not set my Insignia soundbar. Had to return.

This was a great purchase! We had lost the remote for an old DVD/VCR combo device and this worked out perfectly. It was very easy to setup, worked beautifully with our device, and was fairly inexpensive.

Compatible with a lot of TV brands Easy to pair with your TV But not recommended to use with a fire tv there's a lot of commands missing that you can't use

took me about 10 mins to figure out how to program it but works like a charm now
