It’s amazing that people don’t realize the amount of free channels you can get nowadays and all you have to pay is about 40 bucks for an antenna. This is a good one as well as a brand called leaf.

I am having to move it around in order to get all of my local channels. It's because I did not place it high enough.

I don’t do cable or dish. I had some older versions of this that are the $40 ones. I was having some trouble in my basement getting a couple channels so upgraded to this and that helped a lot. I had to try a couple positions in my 8 foot concrete wall but got it to work well at about 4 feet so it still hides pretty much behind my tv. It didn’t work well laying flat on the tv stand like my others upstairs.

Store was very busy but manager at front door directed me to indoor antennas. I was confused by the choices but finally chose one brand. Took it first back to the manager still at the front door. He immediately suggested another brand which I went back and got. It installed very simply and I am getting over 50 channels without cable. Great job by this store manager.

This was supposed to be an antenna with a longer range but after Geek Squad installed it, they were unable to pull any channels. The install spent quite a bit of time trying all options with no success. I ended up returning the product and will look for other options.

This antenna performs almost no better than a $30 multi-directional antenna from a competing brand. There are two towers in an identical direction less than a mile apart. It was able to pick up FOX, but not CBS. I only gave it 2 stars instead of one, because it did pick up more broadcast channels, but none were of the 4 major networks. I will be returning this item to find something better, since I wanted CBS to watch college football and this antenna can’t find it.

Channels 4 and 5 are received very well. Not so for Channel 7. Does not receive Channel 2, 9 or 11 which I consider local channels. But, if you enjoy Korean and Japanese stations this is the antenna for you.

We have moved it around to different locations and it still doesn't pick up any channels. We have phoned the company but they never respond. They just keep you on hold forever.

This Terk Antenna is the best one I've had.I get great reception, I have had to shift the location a couple of times but that is very easy to do. I tried 3 different antenna's which I purchased from Amazon but they were not effective a lot of buffering and limited channel reception. I returned all of them. I went to Best Buy because I was sure that I would find the what I needed. The sales associate recommended this antenna and I am very satisfied with it's performance.

We needed it for our lake house near Table Rock Lake. It only picks up 3 channels but better than none. We don’t watch much TV so it’s fine.

With this antenna we can receive over 200 channels. Of course it depends on where you live. Our antenna points straight to Cheyenne Mountain in Colorado Springs, CO, about 25 miles away. At my mom’s house in Baytown, TX, we could only pickup 39 channels. She lives between 35 and 40 miles from most of the antennas in Houston. There are other barriers at her house, such as, buildings, elevation, and trees.
