Customers are pleased with the Omnidirectional Flat-Panel HDTV Indoor Antenna's reception, picture quality, and ease of use. Many also found it easy to install and appreciate its compact design. However, some customers noted that signal strength and range could be improved, and a few felt the price was high. The optimal placement of the antenna for best reception also required some experimentation.

Placement is important.

It is very important where you place the antenna. It takes a little experimenting to find the best signal strength. If you are in a low lying area, you may not be able to get all the channels in your area. Once locked in the picture quality is very good.

This amplified antenna gives better reception than the rabbit ears I had before. There are no rabbit ears on this antenna which is nicer. The instructions say to try it with and without the amplifier and it turns out that it works better without the amplifier. So my goal of improving my TV reception was achieved.

I have used several HDTV antennas for the past 10 years. What I like this one is that the item does not attract attention in the room. Most people don't even know what it is when I point it out. It does it job because I am in an urbanized area with TV towers within range of my house. I also used it on board my boat where reception is open and capable of finding towers long range as well. It will work practically everywhere with the difference being how many channels you are able to receive up to 69. I can get 35 at my house and 57 on the boat with the local channels coming in very clear.

This turned out to be a great choice especially with the Over-Priced High cost of cable TV today!
Also the Best Buy store associate was very helpful explaining the functions & capabilities greatly influencing my correct choice!
Especially since I had “0” knowledge about digital antennas!

I purchased this antenna for use in a clubhouse that does not have access to cable. I was able to hang the unit on a wall 20' high by adding additional coax cable. The higher I mounted it, the better the signals and larger number of channels. I was very pleased with clarity and quality of the reception.

I first bought the RCA antenna and it worked but did not give me all the channels. Terk antenna was much better and easy to set up. I'm sure it's all about where you live, but I recommend spending a little extr money to get more channels.

I am a new cord cutter and was concerned about not having the major networks for several reasons, but especially the NFL Football Games!! This antenna receives 14 channels, including all the major networks, in HD quality!! Very impressed with the reception of this unit!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent reception and not having to pay for cable and the many channels that you do not watch.

Bought this for a tv in the kitchen/dinning area. I didn't want to get a cable outlet put in and pay for it so gave this a try. Very good reception for the most part and very easy to hang and use. Very pleased with the purchase.

We were hosting a Super Bowl party and needed a reliable Antenna for the TV in our family room. The ones I had been using wouldn't deliver a reliable HD signal. This one worked great and we have been getting clear signal ever since.

This is not my first antenna. I bought it as an alternative to paying for cable. It works well even though I live near lots of tall trees. The range it offers is a bit unclear. Also the cable that comes with it is so short that it's hard to put the antenna in its best user location

Purchased to watch NFL games this season since we don't have cable. Very clear signal, easy to set up. Low profile, so it doesn't take up too much space, which is nice.

These antennas can be hit or miss, depending on where you live. So far this has worked for us. Ended up extending the coaxial length by adding a cord to it so that the antenna can face the direction we needed clearly in our department and was able to pick up more local channels.

Tried the regular Directional one first which wasn't very good at all. Exchanged for this Omni Directional and had better results, but it still has issues with some of our local channels. Overall it's better than climbing on the roof/into attic to install another antenna.

I cut the cable, well the TV cable :D, but still needed to view local channels. This antenna works great. I have it setup in my office. It picks up all the locals, 2,4,5,9,11,23, and a couple others, all in HD.

I wanted to pick up some TV stations in our 3rd bedroom without having to pay for another cable box every month. This antenna does that. I have it upstairs and it's by a window, but I had higher expectations for the number of channels I could pick up. I live on a lake so there's no buildings and hardly any trees but I only get about 15 channels. I pick up local Fox and CW, but not the ABC, CBS, NBC I was hoping to get. Anyway, it does keep the TV from just having fuzz on the screen so it's doing its job. It was inexpensive so I'm keeping it.
It was also super easy to set up. I am recommending it because it does pick up the channels. I just may be too far from the towers I want to watch.

Since I ditched cable in August, I've been able to watch all the local TV stations! Sure, I miss my on-screen cable guide and a few of my cable stations--BUT, I sure don't miss that $180 a month cable bill!!!!

Good reception most of the time. Happy not to have to mess with arms. The attachment to the tv is weighed down some by the amplifier.

This will pick up 20+ channels in CO Sprgs area. Although it's omnidirectional, you may need to focus it a bit to pick up some of the channels. Turning it a bit one way may grab some and lose others. I could pick up the major broadcasting channels. It did the job.

We dropped our cable company and switched to an antenna & ROKU...so far so good. This was the 4th antenna we tried and we get about 50 channels but no CBS. NONE of the antennas we tried got CBS but we stuck with this one due to the amount of channels we did receive.

Local cable network was down for three days due to weather conditions. With the HDTV antenna, I was able to watch local programming without any interruptions.
