Customers are pleased with the ease of use and setup of this product, citing its simple installation and portability. However, many customers reported issues with picture quality, citing static interference and signal strength problems, particularly when the product is used over longer distances or near other electronic devices. Some users also experienced interference with their Wi-Fi network. While performance was generally positive for those who experienced no interference, the signal's susceptibility to interference remains a significant drawback.

My older satellite receiver in unused bedroom dose not have HDMI port so this was perfect. I connected transmitter to box using included RCA cables and receiver to LED TV in another bedroom. Even use satellite controller in TV bedroom. Picture may not be as clear as HDMI but is still pretty good. Very pleased with purchase.

Wireless transmitter/receiver for TV

I was paying an additional fee to the cable company each month just to have the little cable box with very limited channels in the bedroom. This wireless system was easy to set up (I'm not at all technically savvy) and works well. There's some occasional slight static but the fact that I can watch all the channels more than makes up for that. Video quality is a little less than with the cable box. I'm happy with the purchase.

This is NOT the most high tech, high quality signal repeater you can buy. Don't expect to have a super high def clear picture. It DOES provide adequate picture and sound to a room that would be difficult to wire into cable. Got what I expected. For occasional TV watching in spare bedroom by guests.

We used the Terk to transmit the signal from our den to a LG TV we set up on our patio. It is a great way for us to enjoy game day and beautiful weather at the same time!
It was a breeze to set up and we started watching immediately. It took longer to carry the flat screen out there than it did to get the Terk to work.
We have the old school DirecTV TiVo (not HD, yet) set up with dual tuners. It has been no problem using all the TiVo features of switching tuners, pause, rewind and slow motion from outside via the Terk. The picture and sound are both great as well.
Although, the distance to transmit isn't that far the signal is sent outside house with no problem. (See attached photo.) The microwave does interfere with the signal but that isn't surprising considering the technology being used.

This item does exactly what it says, send a signal from one TV to another. There is some interference but I am guessing that would go away if I took the time to mount on the wall. I was able to send to all rooms in my house, including upstairs but did experience the most interference trying to send the signal upstairs. Will be nice to use during football season to send the signal to my patio without paying for an extra box

Bought this to be able to view security system screen on a remote TV. Initially had issues due to interference from nearby wireless phone base station (moved units farther apart). Also had to play with antenna orientation quite a bit to get a stable image. Quality is sufficient for security camera but still get periodic interference. Does what I need so I'm happy with that..

I didn't want to rent another tuner from my cable company, so this unit makes a great substitute. My cable turner happens to be in the room at the other end of my house. Now I can watch my tv program in the kitchen while cooking dinner.

Overall I would say its a good product. Set up is easy. There are several downsides though. If you are trying to watch TV, you need a cable box or some type of digital to analog converter box to plug into the AV in the transmitter. Terk should of built this function into the transmitter and I would of paid a little more for it. My second and biggest gripe about this product... My xbox interferes with the IR extender. I cannot play xbox and have this anywhere near my gaming system. One final note the product on the Bestbuy website is not the same in stores. Its a more smaller version that fits just about anywhere. Terk LF30s Might also work good with the remote control extender if Bestbuy sold it.

Easy to set up, would like it to transmit HDMI signals, but for the price, its not bad to only have RCA connectors.
Problem is that at 2.5Ghz it interferes with my WiFi, therefore if I use it, I have no WiFi in my house. But works great for backyard barbeques and sports.

I have my TV about ten feet from the transmitter and it often doesn't work. There is no wall in between. Nothing. It also interferes with my microwave when in use. If I had known how poorly this would work I would have put my TV on a different wall and totally skipped the wireless system.

We bought this product so we could watch television in the kitchen and living room without having to run a bunch of wires. Only drawback is static when the microwave is on and the picture doesn't fill the screen.

Used to place television in screened in porch. Only had to transmit signal around 10 feet through an outside wall. Connection for sound and picture was quick. Could not get existing remote for satellite TV to work well, even though IR location was easily found and fixed the sensor directly on it(and tried moving it around). Ending up purchasing RF remote and not using transmitter for remote. Also any time microwave is run, even if 50 feet away from signal path, lots of picture and sound noise. Even without running other electrical equipment some picture and sound noise.

I installed it and it worked ok, if there is anyone that walks or stands by the antenna the signal stops or it starts making an awful static noise. I removed it and returned it.

Very easy to use. We have it in a closet about 10 feet from the tv and have not had any issues. Do need to have the remote within about 10-15 ft of the tv for the signal is pretty slow. Even with the remote up close sometimes there is still a lag. Overall though still pleased with product

I did not have high hopes for this product to work well in my home but thought I would give it a try anyways. My suspicions were confirmed when I brought this item home and set it up and it did not work well. It did not matter what settings I changed, the video and audio signals were not transmitted well. I believe that the device probably works well over a very close range but more than 35-40 feet I was not able to use this successfully.
