Dip number 1 on 4k for T2

It has its moments in 4k glory but its inconsistent. Maybe the next remastering (Dip 2) will fix some of these director approved video issues this release has.

Missed Opportunity

Looks like they scrubbed away too much detail with trying to get rid of the grain to make the movie look more digital. Now everyone’s skin looks waxy and too smooth. Audio is ok though.

Collector item but poor transfer

However the steel book is a definite collector item and looks great. To bad Cameron did such a poor transfer, but you get a blu-ray copy so watch that one.
