I saw this movie in the theaters and it was fantastic. When I was about to see the movie, I was curious how they would embrace the fact that Arnold is almost 70 years old. The way the writers worked around Arnold's age was brilliant. The story has flashbacks from the original story and also new content. Any fan of the Terminator franchise needs to own this movie

As always with the Terminator series, well worth a watch. I really enjoyed the action and special effects. It is always amusing how they explain over and over about a Terminator goes back in time to kill Sara Conner and the Pre-Judgement day time period, but always do it in a new way that is still entertaining. I hope Arnold has a few more of these in him.

A good story line, plenty of action, and interesting plot twists make this a great addition to the Terminator series. Filling in a lot of gaps from the earlier films and giving the viewer a lot to add with his imagination are two of the strong points of the movie.

Was skeptical to watch an alternate timeline in the Terminator series but was not disappointed. The action and occasional humor in this movie puts it up there as one of the best. Well told story seamlessly explains everything while still holding true to the original beginning. Hope there is a sequel coming soon.

The recurring Terminator tale of trying to save John Connor to lead a future resistance takes a fresh and unexpected turn. The actors playing John Connor and Sarah Connor are ok. It is great to see Arnold in his old-but-renewed role. The effects are excellent.

The whole family enjoyed this movie. We don't watch this type of movie to critique the storyline, but it was entertaining and flowed well. I especially appreciated the humor interjected throughout the movie. Arnie was funny and not disappointing!

The best thing I like about this movie is the very clever way they tweaked SO many of our favorite scenes and tweaked them for a newly entertaining movie. Good cast, especially A Game of Thrones' Amelia Clarke. Always nice to watch her work, but she was a surprisingly good Sarah Conner as well. And we all know the SFX are top notch.

Yes, the time travel stuff can get confusing, and sure you can blow holes in the movie if you want to, but it's all about entertaining action sequences and seeing Arnold re-enact his role as a Terminator. One more time we get to hear him deliver some of those classic cheesy lines. If you're a fan of the franchise, you'll like it.

first the video quality of this blu ray is very good. that being said the movie itself is average.the series seems to have run its course. if you have all the other terminator movies then buy this, at a cheap price hopefully, to add to your collection.

I liked this rehash of an old franchise better than some (not as good as recent Star Wars episodes, but better than recent X-Men installments). Arnold was great as an aging Terminator, and the other main characters were engaging as well.

The Terminator franchise gets a bad wrap. It is definitely hard to get people's interest with a series of movies based on time travel. Plus, John Conner has been played by 5 different actors now. All in all a good popcorn action flick.

I'm a big Terminator fan and was excited to see Schwarzenegger back in the lineup. Despite toning it down to PG-13, it was a pretty good movie. I liked the way they tied it to the originals without having to stick to their storylines absolutely.

Well let me first say I am a huge Terminator fan, T2 is one of my favourites of all time. No this wasn't at that level, but certainly better than T3 and Salvation. A good effort that I am sure to watch a few more times! Definately Recommended!

I think that "Terminator: Genisys" was one of the greatest films in the entire "Terminator" film series and it was also one of my favorite "Terminator" films. This film had a lot of entertaining and enjoyable action, mystery and suspense including a really great and amazing cast, plot and storyline as well.

After seeing the last installment I was hesitant about what to expect with this film. To my surprise, this movie was entertaining and made sense in the story line of the series. My mom especially liked how they used Arnold's present age and embedded that into the movie. You will enjoy this one if you give it a try.

This movie was great, but it was very confusing with so many timelines and plot points that didn't add up. It was enjoyable for what it is, hopefully they still go through with the sequels or the story will never be explained.

I enjoyed the fifth movie in the series. The action was great and Arnold was AMAZING!!!!! The plot at times is a little confusing and the chemistry between the two leads was missing something, but overall better than I though.

you can't beat this price. I got BluRay and digital for less than $10. Huge value. Able to share with a friend. Great movie in a good franchise. Khaleesi without her dragons, worth the watch fellow nerds. Who's coming with me?

I thought the movie was a fun time what if movie to the original movie I love most of the cast in this Especially Emilia Clark from game of thrones tones of fun action

Do yourself a favor and watch the original Terminator before watching this one. They did a really good job and recreating the scenes from this one. It will give you more of an appreciation of this movie. I really liked it.
