Perfect looking and easy to use. So delicious coffe.

My husband and I were SO excited for this. Our first purchase after getting married. Once set up, we tried it. The coffee isn’t hot. Barely like warm once it’s in the mug and ready. We watched videos on how to make it hotter, make it better, etc. still not good. The expense of the machine is not worth the coffee it produces.

I love coffee. I love craft coffee! So I select my soecialty coffee and make a pour over or pull a shot of espresso. All the while my wife just wants good coffee and no waiting. Gave the Terra Kafe a try and she loves it! So therefore I love it! Happy wife, happy life.

Love this machine!!! Not only esthetically pleasing but makes great coffee. Let’s you make adjustments to each settings. It makes the creamiest cappuccino!!!

I didn't like it, I thought it would be better for the price, the water container is very small and runs out quickly, it uses a lot of water to clean it, the milk comes out lukewarm, if you don't put the water container in properly, no water comes out and I've wasted coffee beans!! I would like to return it but I've had it for a month now!! I don’t recommend it

Amazing machine. Built really well. Makes great espresso. Grinding and brewing process is quick and clean. Only downside is you have to keep an empty cup underneath the spout. It drips water when turning on and when turning off.

I had this for about 6 months and it is amazing, just like everything else if you maintain it there should be no issues. I can’t drink any other coffee anymore.

Great coffee machine love the espresso. I had a few questions when purchasing the coffee maker called customer service. They were excellent to work with.

Machine makes good coffee nothing to say about that. HOWEVER, it is a clean up mess. If you don't clean the drip tray or coffee waste bin after EVERY use it starts to build up mold. Somehow water also gets into the waste bin making this problem even worse. The water bin you have to fill almost daily due to the machine using so much water to clean the actual machine. I am not one to complain about a clean machine but there should not be leaking into other compartments. I reached out to their customer service which was another nightmare. I sent the machine back to be repaired and after three weeks nothing was fixed. I would truly start away from spending this amount of money on a faulty made machine.

Horribly manufactured, breaks easily, doesn’t calibrate , super heavy, the machine is a piece of garbage . Please save your money. Not worth it

I have had lots of trouble with my machine. You can’t use dark roast beans, it is inconsistent, it makes weird new noises and after a month of troubleshooting they are making me send it in to wait while they try to fix it. I expect a lot more at this price point.

Very wasteful of water, spits and spews stream and coffee. Couldn’t tune it in to a decent brew. Very messy.
