Best for compact automatic espresso machine. And it also shows good design. I recommend it

Do not buy from Terra Kaffe I bought my machine and in 6 months it broke down. The machine was under warranty and they told me that they don’t make this model machine anymore. They sent me a box to ship it back for repair or replacement. When they shipped the machine back to me it was covered in brown rotten milk and the entire machine was filthy. The machine was never fixed. After I sent them pictures of everything they finally said they would send me a refurbished machine instead of a new one under warranty. I received the replacement machine it was missing all its attachments. Needless to say this is the very worst company I have ever dealt with in my life and I am 64 years old. They literally will take your hard earned money and take off just horrible

My husband and I were SO excited for this. Our first purchase after getting married. Once set up, we tried it. The coffee isn’t hot. Barely like warm once it’s in the mug and ready. We watched videos on how to make it hotter, make it better, etc. still not good. The expense of the machine is not worth the coffee it produces.

I love coffee. I love craft coffee! So I select my soecialty coffee and make a pour over or pull a shot of espresso. All the while my wife just wants good coffee and no waiting. Gave the Terra Kafe a try and she loves it! So therefore I love it! Happy wife, happy life.

Love this machine!!! Not only esthetically pleasing but makes great coffee. Let’s you make adjustments to each settings. It makes the creamiest cappuccino!!!

Amazing machine. Built really well. Makes great espresso. Grinding and brewing process is quick and clean. Only downside is you have to keep an empty cup underneath the spout. It drips water when turning on and when turning off.

I didn't like it, I thought it would be better for the price, the water container is very small and runs out quickly, it uses a lot of water to clean it, the milk comes out lukewarm, if you don't put the water container in properly, no water comes out and I've wasted coffee beans!! I would like to return it but I've had it for a month now!! I don’t recommend it

I had this for about 6 months and it is amazing, just like everything else if you maintain it there should be no issues. I can’t drink any other coffee anymore.

I’ve had this machine for about a few months, and love it. Nothing negative I have to say about this item. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick machine that can make your latte

Great coffee machine love the espresso. I had a few questions when purchasing the coffee maker called customer service. They were excellent to work with.

Machine makes good coffee nothing to say about that. HOWEVER, it is a clean up mess. If you don't clean the drip tray or coffee waste bin after EVERY use it starts to build up mold. Somehow water also gets into the waste bin making this problem even worse. The water bin you have to fill almost daily due to the machine using so much water to clean the actual machine. I am not one to complain about a clean machine but there should not be leaking into other compartments. I reached out to their customer service which was another nightmare. I sent the machine back to be repaired and after three weeks nothing was fixed. I would truly start away from spending this amount of money on a faulty made machine.

Horribly manufactured, breaks easily, doesn’t calibrate , super heavy, the machine is a piece of garbage . Please save your money. Not worth it

This is a great idea but there is NO customer service. They do not answer the phone . You must email them. It has never worked properly. Watery disks , coffee grounds everywhere, water pooling and the final straw was when the Milk stopped flowing. I have returned it and hopefully the new one won’t have the same problem, if it does I am going back to buy a Jura.
