    It is a good album but it definitely sounds different than some of Lupe's earlier albums that made me like him.

    I was expecting great things from this album. I have listened to it twice all the way through and I would call it just ok. Its not bad but none of the songs really stuck with me. His lyrics and rhyming are always tight but I didn't love any of the beats. It seemed like he was trying to add some kind of artistic flare to the album but did it unsuccessfully.

    The greatest lyricist of all time returns. Intelligent lyrics. Relevant subject matter. Layered lyricism. Double, triple, & quadruple entendres that would make Shakespeare & Chaucer pass out. "Mural" alone has more depth then any other album you'll hear for years.
