The 2 line display is especially helpful as students input new, unfamiliar equations. Simple function keys allow for smooth transition during single calculations and between different types of problem solving for a more complicated question. Great value at an affordable price and students tend to be familiar with the TI series base layout. No worries at test time - The TI-30X IIS comes fully equipped with battery and solar power.

The latest generation of the TI-30X, a great value

My dad owns an earlier generation of the TI-30X. The latest generation is fast and easy-to-use. I'll use this for the rest of my Bachelor of Science degree.

Texas Instruments - Scientific Calculator review

The display screen is easy to read and the size of the digits is very pleasing to the eye. The buttons are clearly marked and easy to read. The functions are amazing and this unit should be able to easily handle any math problems that you may throw at it.
