Great scientific, horrible for Programing

This is one of the most powerful calculators a person can buy without calling it a computer. It has more scientific functions and functions in general than i have the time to count, nor would i care to if i did. HOWEVER..>.>, If you want to write your own programs for your calculator, forget about! I have read that its possible to do so, and that the user just has to enter in data before the program executes, but i couldn't even get that far. the language is great, a form of BASIC, it lacks though the ability for the user to enter data into a program, and also lacks and sort of logic interrupts, and any sort of advanced draw functions like line(.
So consider its programming capabilities non-existent. otherwise, its great, has a spread sheet, a way to take notes, excellent for networked classes that don't require programming. The only other complaint i have is that It doesn't include an RPN mode, (reverse polish notation).
which i would expect out of a calculator this expensive. so really, the calculators abilities only go as far as what came with it, sort of a let down. I just got the thing today, and i WILL be returning it very soon, at the first chance i get. it has virtually no use for me. You know what, HP makes a better calculator...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
