This is a great calculator to make graphics for calculus in college. My son loves it and very easy to use all the keys.

Ive bought a TI 84+CE and I enjoy using it for a daily basis. The calculator is easy to use and great for students. Though my only problem is the price, The TI84+CE is pricy and has great quality but the things it can achieve does not match its price point.

Does a lot of things and the resolution is high, but it can freeze sometimes when trying to exit certain programs. The colors also add a nice touch and the calculator is easy to use. It also came scratched while in the original package. I'm not sure how it got scratched but it made it seem lower in quality. Does not seem like a durable calculator because of its thinness so the price seems kind of high.

Many colors Kids are able to take into the various exams with no difficulties from examining body.

This calculator IS actually the Python version. Just be aware because it does not show the correct calculator in the pictures, the packaging, or in the description. We did not want the Python version. The rep was very nice and sent us a second one--assuring us it was NOT the Python version. It was. The third one we ordered---once again, we were assured it was the model we wanted---was actually an even older model. Best Buy: update your photos and description. Thanks

Little pricy but good use for SAT. Gave the grade and very happy I did investment on this. Students must have this.

I recently bought the Texas Instruments TI-84 Plus CE calculator for my daughter to help her prepare for the SAT, and it has been a fantastic purchase. I am currently studying civil engineering at my local university and I had purchased the TI-84 Plus CE to use for my statistics for engineers course for summer semester 2016. This calculator is a must for anyone studying engineering as well as any other discipline that requires graphing calculators. The pros of this calculator are (1) slim redesign (2) color display (3) rechargeable battery (4) default standard used at most colleges (5) limited edition gold color. The cons of this calculator are (1) price (2) most commands are displayed horizontally unlike those on the TI-Nspire CAS where it can display multiple items vertically. Overall though, this calculator is a must for anyone studying the aforementioned subjects/disciplines.

It's just like the regular ti-84 as far as layout of the buttons and the built in catalog. But this calculator displays/formats the information in a better manner since it has a backlit color display. It's rechargeable ( via included mini usb), and its thinner.
