Saw it on tv and had to buy. Performances by cast is fabulous and storyline is just as good, plenty of action that keeps you on your toes with the edge of the seat suspense

Excellent. I ordered this item online here in VA, and the professional employees at the Harrisonburg VA store, got it to my daughter in Dallas TX on time for her birthday.

Texas Rising was an excellent mini series, and this blu ray does not disappoint. Tons of tv and movie stars you'll recognize throughout and tons of action and adventure.

Good period drama set against the back drop of the fight for Texas independence. Blu Ray has excellent picture quality and sound. Look forward to a planned sequal.

Surprisingly good show with excellent cast. Closer to actual history than most shows dealing with this topic. Hope there is a sequel for the Texas Rangers.

Interesting twists that was otherwise unaware of from history in school. Good acting from a solid cast makes this entertaining and educational.

It is important to remember US history. This made for TV movie series was an important portrayal of the conflict between Texas residents & Mexico.

series on PBS but wasn't able to finish it. I found the acting , action, and drama to be entertaining. I recommend it to any history buff.

Bought this CD set for my mother in law after seeing the series on television. She watched for 3 days and was totally impressed.

Very good western with historical background. Presents background info prior to the Alamo and how Texas came about. Very entertaining.

The show picks up AFTER the alamo. Good acting throughout and an interesting story. The wrap up is a little weak though.

I really enjoyed watching that I binged watched it. I am waiting for the follow up series.
