The album has a lot of good production from Kanye, Maestro, Swizz Beatz, and Bangladesh just to name a few. The lyrics are good, but not the best I heard from him. Overall the album is very good, it is very commicalized, but I gotta say it's one of the best albums of 2008 so far. Very good work Wayne.

This album is alright, but it doesn't cut it for all the hype it was given. It definitely has a more mainstream sound. It seems like he isn't as gangsta as he used to be. The best one of Tha Carter trilogy is still the first one, when he was rolling with mannie Fresh. Go out and buy that one.

You have to be a Lil Wayne fan to fully appreciate his music. However, even then, this CD falls far short of his previous releases. The product doesn't stand up to the marketing hype which preceded its release for almost a year. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS LIMITED EDITION 2-CD VERSION!!! The single CD edition lacks just about everything. The addition of the five songs previously part of the "leaked" digital download only EP resulting in the "Bonus Edition" or "Limited Edition" 2-CD version makes for a much better product - albeit just barely. If you're going to spend your money, you might as well add a few dollars and get the additional songs. You have to read the track listings carefully for all of the various editions here because each is so different. But this one is probably your "Best Buy"!

its iight i expected it to be longer and every track be dope. personally i think C2 was way better . but thats my opinion .but yea this cd was dope not gonna lie i just think with his mind n the stuff he says he coulda done way better oh and L.AX was way better the games mah dude

Really liked this album. Better than "Tha Carter II".

This is a cope CD. By far one of the best CD's of the summer. I would recommend everyone purchase this CD. Everyone song on this CD could be a top ten song. My favorite is Comfortable featuring Babyface. A great song.

i think wayne is great but i think he had a better sound to him in the carter 11 and dissapointed fans who liked the carter 11 it is nothing like carter 1 r 2 but he is losing his game and his mind thats furture

This cd is the bomb. It was still good although it was leaked. If it was not for it being leaked it could have been much better. However it is still better than other rappers music.

This is a great cd. His lyrics are out of this world. No one else thinks of the things that he does. A couple of the songs I usually skip over the the other songs make up for them.

Greatest music ever from Weezy. Purchase this CD. Yes, watch the lyrics, but you know what to expect when you buy music from Lil Wayne!

Wayne is great but he has officially become "commercial" with this album. It doesn't matter to me though because I'll always buy his music

It was basically to commercial for me he had his little remixes with the pop and r&b artists. i personally thing his mix cds are better.

this album isn't great at all. don't buy it. it does not belong with illmatic or ready to die. he isnt the best rapper alive by far.

Lil wayne is back on tracks. This CD is phenomenal and it has sickest songs by Lil Wayne and is the best. I enjoy this album.

Hits all over this CD With some awesome lyrics and some awesome beats. If you like rap you must add this to your collection.
