As much as I love my masc non-binary demon lord, he unfortunately didn't get much love in the way of his store listing, so here's what I see. • The product comes with a digital code for use in Funimation, just like the S1 Steelbook. • The product contains HD 2.0 (stereo) audio for Japanese and 5.1 (typically associated with surround sound) for English. • The only subtitles available on the disc is English. • The product's resolution is 1080p, 16:9 (1920x1080). • The blue ray comes with 4 discs with 12 episodes split over 2 blue ray and another 2 DVDs, which means you can enjoy this product even without a blue ray player. • The disc contains special features like textless episodes, promo videos, trailers, and my personal favorite: textless opening and ending themes. • As an added bonus, the case insert contains character art for protagonists and antagonists alike. It also features a table of contents, which lists the aforementioned special features along with episode titles. • The audio appears to differ from the Simuldub, so if you watched S1 in English with that version, then some voices like Gazel's may differ a bit (although I personally prefer the disc's version of his voice; not so deep that it feels forced). Either that, or the audio's the same but locked off behind Funimation's subscription for no reason. I wasn't keen on subscribing, because I already have VRV. I mainly bought this for my Pop, since he prefers English. I was more than satisfied with the Japanese audio available on Crunchyroll, but in preparation for the movie, I caved and bought this. I'm glad that despite the lacking store listing, it comes with a digital copy. The lacking store listing made me worry, but I may end up buying all seasons and parts at this point. Haha! Beyond the product specs, I love how this season expands upon Rimuru's character and shows the lengths he'd go to for his friends. I already loved his conflict resolution skills from the first season, particularly against the Orc Lord, but here, we see how he responds in the face of adversaries who don't want to be turned nor redeemed. Stereo Dive Foundation's Storyseeker really ties it all together. 9/10. Mwah~!

What is there to say? Season 2, Part 1, is the birth of Demon Lord Rimiru Tempest. What makes him become a Demon Lord and the steps he takes to do so. And he is not in the wrong at all. Now, I cannot wait for Season 2, Part 2, the movie, Season 3, and beyond (recently picked up all of the current Light Novels). BTW, thanks to Best Buy, I had my copy 4 days earlier (Saturday). Watched it so many times in English and Japanese.

great anime worth the buy ive been waiting for this to come out.

This is an absolutely amazing season for an amazing anime

I like the anime so much I wish I could get the 2nd volume And I would like to know the release date of it
