This is one of my favorite movies Cicely Tyson Is a Wonderful actress some of the movie was sad I like the way she walked up to that water Fountain and drank the water I cried she went threw a lot of stuff

This is an all time history favorite. I watched this when I was younger. I brought this so my daughter can see what I enjoyed.

Here is an incredible story with award winning performances. I recall watching this movie made for television as a child. I wanted my wife to experience it. So I ordered it through BESTBUY.COM and it was not disappointing. This movie should be shown in all of the schools for the younger generations to appreciative of America's history.

This autobiographical movie touches on many of the key issues involving racial attitudes & perspectives here in America, and the individual & collaborative efforts to “confront & change” those socioeconomic paradigms that influence our social interactions between different racial, ethnic, and religious groups here in America; and in particular, the social status of African-Americans in the southern states of America, as told through the story of Ms. Pittman.

This was an investment!! I love Cicely Tyson(RIP). I'm happy to add this to my collection.

Very good movie, good actors, watch it if you have not seen it.

I really love this movies. It’s truly a great classic.
