I like this movie was very entretaining. was very fun.

If you grew up in the 70s this is what you watched on Saturday morning.... But this is a terror twist on the kids morning show.... Parental guidance is suggested. Not meant for kiddos....

The Banana Splits starring in a horror film is not what I would ever have expected to see but this is a fun watch.

So we all know this exists because of Five Nights at Freddie’s, moving on. The concept here is pretty fun but the execution is mixed as it never seems to commit to a tone. It could really stand to either lean into a comedic angle or throw dark and take up a Saw vibe, but it kind of sits flatly in the middle and excels at neither. The cast is likewise kind of a mixed bag as the mom, brother, Paige, and Zoe are all great but most of the rest are various shades of bad, though rarely bad in a funny way. Gotta say, every time the brother is on screen I expect Hereditary to breakout. The scariest part of the entire film is the music in the closing credits, but there is some really fun gore and kills. There is also great design work for the sets and the Splits themselves. It also has an overly clean Digital look that needed to be dirtied up With some grain. It wouldn’t take much for The Banana Splits Movie to be really good, but it just doesn’t get there. The best part is Naledi Majola making her film debut and being pretty perfect as Paige.

It's dark, it's fun, it's not for kids or religious nuts. Its horror based on a kids show. Heck yes!

Must buy! Support small budget horror movies (that are good). The concept seemed very strange and I was not expecting much. Wow, I was wrong! The movie was executed well and was a fun movie to watch. I would suggest any horror fan to purchase this movie. Defiantly worth the price! Now that I think about it, I will re-watch it tonight!

An enjoyable, turn off your brain horror film, not a bad time waster.

My son likes the movie and has been watching it over and over!

I was so excited to see this movie based on my childhood. It was horror movie and a little on the odd side. I watched the whole movie but I don't think too many people who remember the Banana Splits as a child may find it an odd take on this movie!

This was pretty fun. Gory, silly, guilty pleasure.

I still couldn’t believe that a movie based on a show was made into a horror movie. Putting that aside as a stand alone horror movie in tribute to Five Nights at Freddy’s would be the only way to describe it.

Having grown up watching The Banana Splits, I was hesitant about this movie. After watching it, I became a fan. Granted, this is not the friendly, goofy Banana Splits I grew up with, but rather a horror take on the show.

Can remember watching this as a child because it was a CHILDRENS SHOW! They did a good job of taking a childhood memory and warping and twisting it into something dark and bloody!

I wouldn't call this as much horror as I would a straight-up slasher. It's pure b-scholock that left a big enough impression on me that I went out of my way to purchase it after watching it one night on Syfy.

I liked this movie. Reminds me of a lot of the tv shows that my kids used to watch. Catchy tune at the end of film. Chuck e cheese and friends becomes five nights at freddys.

Not for kids...very silly and overly horrifying scenes. Will never hear the song without thinking of this movie. The song was such a cute bubblegum song...not true anymore!

Ridiculously fun film based on an old children's franchise. Usually attempts to be edgy like that fall flat but the script is sharp and the gore is great.

Movie had so much potential but the extremely sluggish pace and minimal of dialogue from the Banana Splits killed the movie. The few parts towards the end when the killing finally starts were ok.
