I watched them as a kid and it's cool to take the stuff from our childhood and bring it up to date as adults.

Surprised this movie played it straight, kind of thought a little comedy would play well in a movie about the Banana Splits going on a killing spree. The Splits really are the best thing about this, adding enough nostalgia and weirdness to elevate this from pretty bad slasher fare to a twisted novelty that’s pretty fun. Good for the gore hound too.

A really bizarre movie, definitely not the children's Banana Splits I grew up watching.

...just like the 70s tv show. Great nostalgia. Wish there were more extras, though.

A classic kids show remade into a adult horror movie

Better than 90% of the SyFy movies. Really borrows heavily from Five Nights at Freddy's. Costumes are not at all authentic to the original. That said, someone needs to follow this up with a horror version of Sigmund and the Sea Monsters.

I was blown away by the creepy tone of this movie. The Splits were amazing , and they each had equal screen time. Not to mention their over the top kills! Slasher and gore fans will not be disappointed!

Over hills and highways the Banana buggies... run over everything. This is GREAT!! It is horror with lots of Creepy Banana Splits blood and gore.

This was an impulse buy - and I am so happy that I picked this up. It is 90 minutes that hopefully leaves Hanna and Barbera resting peacefully. The scene in the magic shop made the movie for me.

Nostalgia got me to buy this movie and I must say, it was a fun trip down memory lane (with a twist). Of course the 60s Banana Splits were not animatronic killers, but it was still a fun ride.

If you like terror then you'll like this movie! I don't think Hanna-Barbera had this movie in mind when they created these characters! Lol!

I’ve never heard of the Banana Splits before purchasing this movie. It definitely had elements of horror and comedy that I liked. I would recommend this to anyone that enjoys horror movies.

If you were a child in the 70's, then this movie will bring back many childhood memories! It's a little funny; with a taste of horror. Very similar to Five Nights at Freddy's.
